AustraliaI booked 2 family rooms 4 in each and 2 double rooms The double Rooms were good, but the family rooms didn't have enough towels for 4 people, and they ran out of hot water after 2 people had showered, this happened in both family rooms? Which wasn't good enough! Also, there was no coffee or milk, only tea and sugar, in the family rooms. but ok in the doubles

Australia- Misalignment between booking.com & the motel. When I booked , I provided the input for 2 A & 1 C (10 years) and the corresponding rooms were shown. But the room was not sufficient for the requested number of guests. One of us had to sleep on the floor. - I got a fake noise complain from one of the other guest through one of the motel employees on Sunday at 10 AM in the morning. It was pretty unfortunate and unacceptable.

AustraliaI couldnt get the TV to work. There were three controllers none worked. I didnt pester the staff since they were busy and it was only a one night stay on a busy holiday long weekend.
The staff were helpful and thoughtful. The unit could hold 4 people, I was a single person last minute booking so I was thankful to get a room. My car had a flat battery and staff let me return to the unit while I waited 2.5 hrs for NRMA Roadside assistance, a very nice act. .

AustraliaWe only had one knife, there was no rack to hang our wet towels on so they could dry over night. There was an empty bottle of red wine in the closet. The bathroom door has mould growing on it. Bathroom is ridiculously tiny, perhaps a different basin may create more space. A small table and two chairs may be useful too and not take up too much space. We were only given three towels for the shower and there were four of us.
Beds were comfortable, the space was good for a family of four. Staff members were friendly. The area is close to the beach. We were only there for one night so everything was good for one night but if we stayed a few nights see my comments below.

United StatesHotel closes at 9pm so you can’t check in after that. They sent us a phone number and we were able to download an app to call them and get the code after that. They should just send the code with the booking reservation to make everyone’s life easier

AustraliaThere wasn't anyone at reception, but a number to call. We're not too keen on these automated systems but this one did work with a bit of help and good will. There were a few things not provided, like water glasses, tea bags, bathroom bin, some bits of cutlery, one bedside lamp didn't work. There being no one on site we couldn't fix these minor things.
We had to find accommodation in a hurry as we were delayed overnight by a serious road accident on the highway. The motel offered an available, suitable room at very short notice. The room was very clean, backed onto bush and the cemetery which was lovely and quiet. Convenient location, short walk to an excellent club for dinner. Close to the beach though no water views. Birdsong in the morning. The bathroom had been recently renovated and is lovely. The bed was firm but comfy.
