The big and private balcony. Central location. Very quiet. Lovely heated pool.

We had a first floor apartment which was comfortably furnished. We have stayed in a number of apartments in Port Douglas over the years and return to Mowbray because of the size of the balconies and proximity to the beach. The staff are very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

The bathrooms are becoming a tired when compared to more recently built properties. There is no lift so accessing the upper floor apartment requires climbing stairs which would be a challenge for people with mobility issues. .

The apartment needed a good spring clean. We didn't get alot of sun

The (heated) pool and resort location are winners! Martin ( manager) was very helpful and attentive - inc lugging our heavy cases to and from our top floor unit. Thanks Martin!

I think that it’s probably time for some refresh of some aspects. Eg. Our bathrooms were very modern and fresh but some kitchen floor tiles were chipped and doors did not shut easily ( I go understand the swelling of woodwork in a humid climate).

The location is excellent. It is very close to the patrolled area of Four mile beach as well as some seaside restaurants. It is only a short walk to Macrosson street where most of the local shopping and eating places in Port Douglas are located .

I would be happy to stay here again however I think some attention needs to be given to improving the cleaning. The basic cleaning is adequate but the louvres are very dusty as are the fans etc. If this were improved It would be a faultless stay.

nice pool, great location, responsive hosts and helpful when asked. The apartment is spacious enough, big balcony. 2 ensuites to make it comfy too. Host is responsive and provide support when asked.

place was not very clean when we arrived. host made up for it. Could do with more of the basic stuff - provide coffee, tea, oil (none available). provide more shower gel, toilet paper, etc. Suggestion - soft close for the pool gate, as the unit is just next to it and can get a bit noisy in the morning.

We loved staying here, a great size apartment very close to 4 mile beach. Everything we needed for our stay. The pool is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect location, close to beach, easy walk to cafes and shops. Love the pool! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend and we will be back!
