Bit outdated. Could do with a makeover. Although there was a communal kitchen would be nice to have own toaster & microwave in the room.

Location was great. Had no car but multiple fast food & other restaurants in the area including the restaurant at the hotel itself & it had nice food. Plus buses frequently into town centre. The staff were great. Clean rooms.& they were cleaned & beds made everyday which I had not expected.

I didn't realise it was a pub when booking nor did I realise the bathroom is shared with other patrons, which was fine no problem, made it work. I walked through a pile of drunk people smoking cigarettes to check in as check in was at the bar, which was gross especially while holding a baby. I wished our room, as we are female, was closer to the women's bathroom as we had to walk a while. We had a little basin in our room which I actually had to run for a while but it didn't turn hot. We didn't have fancy pillows on our bed, I couldn't find a not disturb ticket and there wasn't fancy little complimentary soaps like in the pictures. The wood around the windows was very dusty/mildewy and our window was facing the roof of the place,which had a little deck so people saw straight in, curtains would have been nice or frosted windows.

The bathroom door in the family room did stick and was quite hard to open. A lot of traffic noise but that was to be expected, it is on a busy road and it was a Saturday night.

Staff were friendly, beds were comfy. The room was clean. We were given plenty of clean towels, bathmats etc for the stay.

The rooms were a little bit more run down than in the pictures. Also the security door leading to the accommodation would always close with a loud bang so it was a bit noisy at night..

Staff were always friendly and willing to have a chat or laugh. The free welcome drink and 10% off at the bistro was a bonus if you felt like staying in. Room was really clean and always had plenty of fresh towels. The blankets were thick so we didnt even need the heating. Shared bathroom was clean with very hot water and quite spacious.

Location is very good just next to KFC pizza, some restaurant, and coles wooly just cross the road connect with Chemistry house you can basically get everything you need for life

Noisy fridge, also were provided with multiple bath mats and hand towels but no bath towels. Rubbish left under the bed too from previous guests.

Conveniently close to bus stop and shops, very friendly staff over the phone too. Really great that they allow late check ins given I flew in on the last plane. Bed was comfy, shower was fine.

. The hotel is far from the city. . They do not change towels daily. . The price of accommodation is expensive, considering that the bathroom is shared. . Rusty and really dirty toaster. . On the day of check-out, they did not allow me to store my suitcase there, so I could walk around until I caught my flight to Hobart in the evening.

Very clean room and friendly staff. There is also a small kitchen with a small refrigerator and microwave. Also includes a welcome drink.

The mattress! Just the mattress! It killed my back! Needs replacing! The view. But I came to see Tassie not look out my hotel window all day! Minor issue.

Exceptionally clean, best location to amazing restaurants and takeaways! Regular cleaning and restocking of room, friendly helpful reception staff. Bonus free drinks on arrival! Great toiletries. The shampoo and conditioner was exceptional. And I’m very fussy about hair products having long hair!

The vent/fan above the bath leaked dirt into the bathtub and looked like it was going to fall at any moment. looked like there was a hole in the ceiling. a power outlet in the wall in the main bed was coming out of the wall and couldn't be used. The jug did not turn off automatically. I think this may cause an issue in the future, as it would keep boiling

Access to the rooms was by the stairs. No lift available

The room was clean with basic amenities and there was an ensuite attached. It had a comfortable bed although not much room for a lot of luggage. Plenty of parking out the back which is shared with clientele from the bottle shop and pub. Meals at the bistro downstairs were great and well priced, with the added bonus of a 10% discount if you showed your room key when ordering. Very close to shops, supermarket and food shops.

I was online booking for a room with an ensuite... I booked and PAID FOR THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE... I got to the counter to get my Key and it was for a SINGLE DORM ROOM... I PAID FOR A SUITE... I was told someone get the last suite seconds before me... No mention of refund or price adjustment... I was too tired to make my point...

The staff at the bar request for credit card information or AUD500 as a security although Booking.com has already deducted payment from us.

A clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was clean too. Plenting of parking and fast food nearby. There is as small kitchen nearby whereby microwave is provided.
