We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Large sitting area for 7 friends, enough beds and bathrooms for us, Kitchen well appointed, Big dining table and couch that we could all fit on, house was lovely and warm on winter days.

AustraliaWhen sun on back verandah it got rather hot, Ceiling fan once again appreciated.
How well the property was equipped. Providing Beach equipment for children, trolley , boogie boards etc. was very thoughtful. Books in property were very lovely. Very clean property. Fans and air con in main Family room appreciated, as was very large kitchen table, for us all to be together. Pool towels provided also were appreciated.

The house had everything available and easily accessible. From the great location to even having beach and pool accessories it seemed like they thought too everything!

AustraliaThe cleanliness! I had to contact PM to get a plumber for a blocked basin plus water pouring from the HWS outside. Bins were full the day we arrived and were not due to be emptied until 1 week later on the day we left. We found drug paraphernalia in the kitchen drawer! My 9 month old grandson was with us and lost a toy under the couch so we had to move it——-first time it’s been moved in months if not years. It was disgusting. I have tried contacting the PM to address these issues instead of putting it all here but they have ignore 3 text messages from me. So here I am
