Lovely pet friendly home. Everything is there to accommodate yourself and your fur family. Pet beds, lead, water and food bowl. An umbrella near the door if needed. So close to the shop for milk. I went to buy milk and I was back within 2 minutes. I purchased washing powder, then realised there was some under the laundry tub. The host has you covered. So well thought out to make your stay comfortable.

There was an issue but it has been raised with the owner and they were responsive to the feedback and I do not expect it will be an issue in the future. It would not stop us from coming back in the future however :-)

This accommodation is very close to the walk ways to the beach and the restaurants and shops at Mudjimba. There is plenty of room for a large family or 2 couples :-) Our dog loved the outdoor space.

Perfect location. Lovely property with lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Girls did their assignments in the cute “study” room. Shops and beach within walking distance. Very clean and tastefully decorated with a beachy tropical theme.

Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is in the best location - patrolled beach, bakery, corner shop, cafes, restaurants, and dog-friendly beach all just a couple of metres from the front door. The villa is great for a family with everything you could need.

The only problem we had was that the keys were not in the box at the front as expected. We called the real estate agent and we were able to locate another box where all keys were.

The location could not have been better. We were a few steps away from a local store and several great restaurants. The dog friendly beach was also very close by- which we all enjoyed on a daily basis. Our dog loved it too. The overall vibe of the area was lovely and friendly and we would love to return to this location asap!

The uneven pavers on the back patio caused by being lifted by tree roots are a trip hazard.

The location is excellent due to proximity of the beach and cafes, restaurants and other food outlets. The back courtyard is private and secure for dogs but a section of the fence in the back right hand corner may need some attention due to there being a fair gap underneath it. The outdoor facilities are very good and would be very pleasant in summer.

perfect position 50 m to the beach with a lovely set up - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, laundry and outside area with bbq. And doggie friendly.

nope, nothing bad to say about this place, we left a dog ramp in the bedroom so will purchase a new one, and hope it’s still there on our next visit because going back is on the cards one day.

there was a problem with the smoke detectors which was fixed quickly the front and back screen doors could not be locked from inside so could not be left open when we were around the back

That I had to leave Probably the odd plane with noise but it didn't really bother us.

There wasn't much not to like. Everything was great from the start to the very end (sadly). Communication... location... surprisingly quiet...ice cream and coffee (haha) ...very impressed with the Villa... Being comfortable...clean and very welcoming with the little things especially for our fury family members.

House is not quite disability friendly and there's no beach access that is accessible for people with mobility challenges but that's a Council matter.

Front garden is very untidy and there is a lot of rubbish strewn around which appears to be blown form the road. A bit of gardening and tidy up is required.

Kitchen is a little dated, but adequate. The outdoor areas were quite messy and the indoor floors were not very clean. The pillows and blankets provided need cleaning.

Great location, spacious townhouse with plenty of room, comfortable beds and furniture.

The storm that we encountered blew the gutters off the garage roof onto our Lexus, so our cost for the holiday jumped a thousand insurance dollars. It turns out the gutters didn’t appear to have a down pipe and the brackets were all rusted so water weight and decay made it an expensive stay.

Location is the best as it’s near shop and restaurants
