Advertised as air-conditioned and it is in the kitchen, family room. 2 bedrooms had ceiling fans and 1 had a free standing fan. Addition of a dish washer would be good. Garage and linen cupboard need a tidy up. Window lock in dining area window broken so property not secure. Nice outdoor area.

Great location close to Dunsborough and Busselton. Shops down the road. Farmers market also. Comfortable. Fully self contained. Double lock up garage. Nice little outdoor area.

The location in Vasse was great.

Lack of dishwasher - would save money on water in the longer term and be more hygienic. No bins in bathrooms and not enough heaters, it was very cold one night.

Location was great for Busselton, Dunsborough and the Margaret River. Near to shops and facilities. The house was spacious and clean. The kids loved the yard and the games.

There was no information folder, which made it more difficult to work out how to use various items, as we were visitors from England. It felt very impersonal, too. But it was fine for 3 nights.

It was very modern and clean, with a large garage. The garden was pleasant to sit in.
