Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaWalls very thin and quite a lot of noise from rooms on either side. Not necessarily noisy neighbours, but we could hear muffled conversations and TV noise. Needs more insulation in adjoining walls.
Spacious and comfortable with everything required for self catering. Cosy and warm on a very wintery day with comfortable bed and lounge. Allocated parking space for our car was also greatly appreciated.

AustraliaIt wasn't a big deal but if i had to list con's, During my 6 night stay, housekeeping was only provided once on the 5th day. Ideally, this should have been done no later than the 3rd or 4th day. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion came in very small tubes, and only one set was supplied until housekeeping. While additional items were available at no cost upon request at reception, it would be a greater experience and better service to have provided more supplies upfront given housekeeping on 5th day.. Housekeeping also first attempted to clean the room at 9am, which felt too early. A courtesy note was left to ring reception for replenishment of items. I requested for them to return and to their credit, they did return later upon request and completed the cleaning to satisfaction.
The 1-bedroom apartment was well-equipped and spacious enough for two adults, with a large bathroom and laundry area. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient, and detergent was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen had most utensils needed for a short stay, and the balcony was a good size with comfortable outdoor seating. A secure undercover car park was included and located close to the entrance, which was very convenient. Location was good near kings park and Elizabeth Quay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again.

The apartment is spacious with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable and have good support. The reception is open 24/7 and able to provide help quickly. The property is next to Kings Park and there’s easy access via the Jacob’s ladder.

AustraliaThe WiFi did not work at all. Had to data share from my phone to use netflix on the smart tv. Not great when you are paying $240ish a night. The shower bath is very steep, could do with a hand rail, there is room for one. I noticed some sus brown marks on the wall by the toilet grossed me out so I cleaned it myself.
Nicely equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Nice comfortable bed and couch with smart TV. I paid for breakfast, which was really good buffet. Staff were polite. Hotel offered luggage storage.

AustraliaThere was some little fixes that need attention like fixing broken tile in bathroom and shower head maintenance. The soap dispenser I felt was in the wrong spot either to be moved under shower head or to far end of Bath tub as I kept hitting it making me feel unsteady on my feet as I am not in anyway short or skinny. Maybe a hand rail of some sort to help steady ones self when getting out of a wet tub. There was no evacuation plan in the room encase of Emergency. Not disabled friendly as there are steps to reception no ramp.
The staff were very accommodating in helping me , they offered to upgrade my room when I realised the shower was over the bathtub, and I had elderly parents. it was a great location for what I needed and very spacious apartment. the included breakfast was very yummy and plentiful, the staff were lovely.

Very comfortable bed. Living and dining areas were good. Bathroom was fine with a shower not over a bath that we asked for. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Able to purchase frozen meals. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were excellent.
