How tight the parking was, we had a 4wd and only had cm each side to get through the parking lot ramps. It would be fine if you had a smaller car.

Room was clean and comfortable and had a good shower with plenty of water pressure. The room also came with kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

I would prefer more ventilation in the room ,a balcony room possibly ,next time would request as the windows provided was bit dirty and high from ground level

Location was pretty accessible to public transport and the best thing was parking was safe and secure would definitely stay next time in a better room

The bathroom has a shower head that isn't working properly, as the water isn't hot enough; however, the hot water does work in the bathtub. Additionally, the laundry machines are very old. Laundry detergent is included as part of the amenities.

The bed was comfortable, and the facility was decent. An underground car park is available for an additional $15. The location was good, just a 10-minute drive from Parramatta/Auburn station. There are Woolworths, Hungry Jack's, and more just a 2-minute drive away.

Great location for our stay. All staff were A1 which made our stay amazing. Room nice and comfy. Breakfast included was really good. Great to have free parking on site.

Lighting in the lounge/dining room was a bit poor as there was only a lamp and a single downlight over the barfridge counter space

The bathroom had a bath which was great, but the shower wasn't. Too hard to regulate the temperature and the shower arm was too short. Otherwise great

The rooms had great facilities including washer/dryer and a microwave. The bed was not to my comfort level, but many people would love it. The staff were very helpful. I'd recommend getting the breakfast option.

The bed was just a little uncomfortable for myself. But I'm a big guy so for someone not so heavyset it probably is very comfortable

Frozen meals from the restaurant "heat and eat " was a huge let-down as we were hoping for a relaxing evening in-house. The traffic noise was a bit annoying. The car park is very tight for larger cars, however it did fit,,just 100 series Landcruiser.

The rooms are tidy, well thought out and clean. The breakfast was awesome! Staff were friendly and polite. It was easy to find and get into. Check-in and out very easy. Did I mention how good the breakfast was?

No complaints, all good.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I heated up a can of soup that I had on the stove and I had all the equipment that I needed to do that. I have stayed here on previous trips to Sydney and enjoyed the stay each time. Also the parking is underground and secure. The location is easy to get to being on James Ruse Drive.

East facing rooms are nosier because of traffic. Second, its pretty far from the CBD.

Comfortable room on the west side. But, east side is noisy because of traffic. I had to request for a room change.

Main road location was very noisy, lighting in apartment is minimal. Paid for breakfast but unfortunately Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am instead of 6am on weekends and we had to check out just prior to that so we sadly did not get to have breakfast (my fault for not noticing the later weekend breakfast start) Very tight car park, slightly difficult to navigate in a larger car.

Close to Olympic Park, affordable. Spacious apartment.

The hotel room was just a bit old and the turns in the underground parking were a bit tight. So becareful when turning as we had a sedan.

The car park if you have a big car (I had a BT50 with bull bar) there are a 2 tight up/ down ramps. Staff had prewarned me just takes a few gos to get around.

Great helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Hot showers and comfy beds. Easy walk to Rosehill Racecourse.

The friendly and welcoming staff. They were very helpful whenever I had a question for them. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Nice views of the Rosehill racetrack from window.
