Very old and outdated. The playground facilities are not maintained at all. We could hear the people next to us ALL night. The lights glow blue when off. Felt unsafe staing there.

The place does not look like the picture and pictures are out dated. The property has over grown grass / bushes no house keeping and not kept up to its full potential. Everyone hanging their clothes on the railing so it looks more like commission housing then a resort. price reflects the property.

The bed was clean and staff were very friendly.

There was a dead cockroach in corner of room , front of fridge was covered in stains , there was empty bottles under bed and alcohol in fridge from previous customer so guessing just bed made and aircon turned on . Also requested top floor ended up bottom floor corner room in front of garbage bins at stairs that smelled had to walk a few rooms up to sit outside .

That the room didn't get cleaned after four days of staying there and not being told that the key had to stay so had the room cleaned about 3 days before leaving, also it said kitchen but there wasn't it was a plug in stove and not being told that it is more of a long term accommodation resort. And sorry to say but not cold enough the rooms. Wifi wasn't working and some nights a bit noisy. And advised there was only one TV in a room and advised will get another one but never did.

The whole property is dilapidated. There appears to be long term residents occupying some of the rooms. There was a lot of domestic noise all through the evening and night.

The rooms were reasonably clean. The staff were polite.

In front of the unit, it's not clean, and the bathroom dont have exhaust. And noisy early morning around 03:00 am next door playing music. I looking cheap accommodation its ok. Old placed.

Had to wait for ages to check in. Family staying downstairs were very noisy & the kids were running around everywhere including the second level where we were.

The fact room wasn't right, and not enough beds waited over one 1hr to fix.Friday night, people drunk till 4 am abused when asked to quieten down.

the utilities weren't clean and the bath towels were dirty also and couldn't connect wifi as the name displayed to connect wasn't the name on the wifi. And the PW wasn't working.

I cleaned rusty old fridge, microwave was rusty, all so fittings were dirty. I cleaned and polished them myself. Rusty bedside lights, fans were dirty and dysfunctional. Faulty switch. A comfortable motel. Very noisy at night until early hours of morning. People swearing out loud. I had to keep doors and windows shut. Kids knocking on my door at 9.00pm Neighbour accusing me of badly treating kids and swearing. I never do that. I kept to myself and were happy to have a bed to sleep I so I just put up with it and turned tv up loud.

Me and my family have stayed here every time we need to travel to Cairns for family reasons, the last 2 times it's just gotten worse the first time was we found cigarette butts under the beds, this time we paid nearly $360 for 2 nights which included 1 double bed and 2 singles, in both the single beds the ensemble was snapped in the middle turning my kids basically into a bed taco, the roof was leaking in the room, which being a ground floor room most probly came from the the bathroom in the room upstairs, there was rubbish from the previous stay still under the bed, the toilet was not secured to the ground properly, now this issue may not be the resorts problem but there was a cat and dog hanging around the premises, the dog chased my daughters from our room to our car, and the cat bolted inside our room and took us at least 15minute to get it out, then it sat outside our room all night crying, and then again the next night. I didn't bother saying anything to the receptionist as the last time I complained about the cogerettebutts in the room it was shugged off like it was nothing, safe to say I will no longer be returning to this hotel. Unfortunately as we were in Cairns for a family funeral I did not take photos of the room

Our room didn't have a microwave, not a problem for us as it was only overnight. The linen/ towels were very worn. The top sheet had a couple of marks on it and we had to ask for the towels to be replaced - they also had marks on them. The owners of the motel chain really need to replace items like this as clean, fresh quality linen makes all the difference and it's unfair to the staff who are trying to make your stay good.

It was close to the venue we were attending. Good airconditioning and quiet - both the room and aircon! It's a budget motel but had what we needed for one night. The staff were very helpful, replacing the towels quickly.

The beds sink in when you lay on them, the base of the bed had a big tear in it. The lock on the door was broken, the aircon had brown stuff dripping down it, the tap on the sink was broken, the rooms are very outdated. The motel smells like smoke, as you walk along the balconies to the rooms their are ashtrays everywhere you look and just reeks of smoke
