Loved the style of the hotel and intimacy. We felt like the only people staying.

Nothing!

I stayed in an accessible queen room. The layout of the room has been well thought out for a person who uses a wheelchair. The hotel is located right in the heart of the CBD.

Great location.

We stayed here a couple of years ago, and compared to that visit, the service seems to have declined. Previously, our toddler was kindly provided with a cute tent, but this was not offered this time. The room was also not very clean, with visible dust in several areas.

The club didn’t have much in the way of food. They use to have chocolate freckles but none for the whole weekend. When we asked about it they said on the Friday they had run out and would restock but none came out for the whole weekend.

I love the location, the bar and the service. Every stay here is always enjoyable.

The pillows! But I did find a pillow menu the next morning, so that is my own fault for not looking. Also, the make-up mirror is at a bad height, you need to sit down to use it and the lighting in the bathrooms isn't sufficient.

The location is perfect, quiet area but a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are lovely The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are beautiful. The staff were all amazing , friendly , helpful and accommodating to all your needs.

There isn't anything that we didn't like.

I love the beds and rooms. well appointed and they have Dyson hairdryers in the rooms - which is great when travelling. Good aircon in the rooms too. Fabulous location and easy to get coffee, dinner etc in the immediate area.

I always find the check in process misses the mark. Stayed about 6 times now and have had a regularly poor check in expereince.

The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, and I am a frequent global traveller. A lot of attention to detail and you have everything you need from Dyson hairdryer, luxurious bathroom toiletries to personal choice pillows.

Every-time I stay there has been some minor payment issues from either a card terminal issue to double charges. It is corrected easy enough but a minor nuisance that I know it is not always straight forward.

Location was really good room clean and staff very friendly

Bed was small room was also on the small size for the money value
