Unfortunate circumstances there was no second key available. I believe this isn't normally the case as previous people had dropped it down the lift shaft by accident but made it tricky juggling two young children and different activities at times.

Great location, only a short drive to main strip. Ocean view which was great! Lovely and clean unit, spacious and definitely good value for money. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Where do I begin, could not get access to the property - despite requesting an early check in - was not kept informed - had to keep calling them to gain access to the property. Property do's and don'ts - felt like a school kid having to be told to keep the aircon on a certain temp , all the rules were ridiculous. Coffee Machine , cleaning products and dishwasher advertised , coffee machine did not work , basic like coffee , tea not provided , no dishwasher. Netflix advertised - no logon details for Netflix provided. Cleaners accessed the property without us knowing they were scheduled to come , workman had to put a rail in the shower and we had to either stay and wait for him or leave a key , I was not comfortable having people in the apartment whilst we were not there as our personal belongings were in the place. Bedroom had cobwebs on the inside of the windows. Airconditioner not very effective , told to run it at 22 degrees or else the upstairs neighbour- who was elderly would trip because the aircon would cause the upstairs to get wet (wild I know - have no idea what this is about).

The cloths dryer didn't work and the handbasins had a stink in the drain that was off putting and for the first few days the apartment had a off smell that we had to use room spray everytime we re-entered the apartment And the elderly lady in the unit above us constantly complaining to owner and cleaning ladles about our aircon on a daily basis Even when we had the aircon off If the condensation was an issue in her apartment then that would be a building maintenance issue as we didn't have any condensation from the apartment below us

There was only one set of keys, and the lift would not allow you to phone guests up. We had to physically go the ground floor to let each other in. The internet did not connect with the TV so streaming services did not work. It was a long walk to the beach. The sea view was from the kitchen, not the balcony. The parking spot requires you to contort your car in multiple directions to get it in. Street parking is preferable to repeated attempts to park in that tiny corner space.

The management of this property is remote. On the first night my wife couldn’t even sleep in the bedroom as the A/C was so noisy. When I phoned about this their response was there is not much we can do about it as we are not on site The property was riddled with ants due to the rotten fruit that had been left under one of the single beds, so much for professional cleaners.
