The location, cleanliness of the cabin and check-in experience were excellent. We had everything we needed, from kitchenware, a microwave and a full-sized fridge. The bathroom was spotless and the shower delivered plenty of hot water. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Easy parking just outside the cabin.

Everything except the bed

Mattress seriously unlevel and uncomfortable. I would have given 10 if not for bed. Maybe save money on the free mentos and spend it on bed.

The bed was terrible and bedding was old and outdated and cigarette burns in one blanket

This holiday park was great for a family holiday kids had a ball at the water slide/park the view from the cabin was awesome

There were a couple of hick ups at the start with a blocked sink and dirty linen/bedding and towels but the staff were prompt in rectifying the situation, we did ask for extra towels which we were told they could not do

Just about everything. The location is great and scenery is wonderful.

Really the only thing that I thought could improved was the external lighting. When we returned to the cabin after a night out it was near impossible to see the step at the base of the ramp up to the cabin door. A light positioned near the step would be very helpful.

Let’s start with no hot water at all, hair on the sheets, hole in the floor out the front of the shower only held together by the floor covering, untagged power leads on all equipment, untagged fire equipment, broken doors, a nail sticking out of the floor in the bathroom that met my toe and was pleasurable! Should I keep going?? Oh and mould on everything, broken kitchenette with raw swollen mdf, chipped joinery top with sharp edges and broken/dirty/sticky light switches. Hate to see this cabin in a busy time!
