The balcony for Unit 5 is exposed to people coming and going and hot in the morning sun.

The appartment was small but fine for 2 people. Location excellent for beach access and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and shower good.

We had booked the room for the pull out couch but didn't seem to have it. Door between bedroom and bathroom hard to move. Need better variety with the pillows on the bed.

Bathroom door did not close. Broken latch which made using the bathroom less private. One of the bathroom lights did not work.

The weather. :(

I was allocated Unit 11 which is across the road from the beach. "Great View" pity about the weather thou. Oh well we can't control that. Wish I had a longer stay. The unit is a good size, very roomy. Love the pool, area. Managed to spend some time in the spa, as the pool was just a bit chilly for me, considering it was rainy and windy when I stayed. Short walk to the local shops and takeaway, with the Alex Surf Club just across the road.

Secure carpark was ideal, but entry/exit was cumbersome if the roller door wasn’t already up - Physical key to be inserted into a lock, which was on the wrong driving side. Number plate recognition or a fob would be more user friendly and of course, safer. There was a dreadful smell near the lift, similar to that distinct Thailand smell.

The lounge wasn't the most comfortable.

The view of the ocean was magnificent. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with large frypan and microwave containers and bowls etc. good sized pool. Within walking distance to the beach and surf club which has good meals. Alexandra Headlands patrolled beach was the closest and we did visit it.

The view was described as Ocean view when it should have been described as partial. We were really looking at a building with scaffolding. Little extras like shower gel would be nice. The bathroom sliding door could do with a handle and when we tried to open the kitchen window it was covered in Mould.

We got what we paid for over an Easter weekend. Good that we had parking and a nice walk into Mooloolaba.

An air conditioner in the bedroom would make anyone’s stay more comfortable. Because it was so hot, we had the windows open and the fan on, but the road noise was ridiculously loud. Air-conditioning the bedroom would eliminate the need to open the windows

A little bit of confusion at check out as we had arranged a late check-out but this was not entered into the system or passed onto the check-out staff. Not a big deal the team were understanding and no issues. Great group of people.

Great location and views of the beach. Room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable also. Would stay here again for sure. Also have free unground parking with a lift to make life that little bit easier with luggage.

The air-conditioning in our room had a bit of a smell, but not so bad we couldn't cope. Otherwise, it worked well as was cold. Also, perhaps we were unlucky, but an awful smell, likely some sort of garden manure or similar, was quite strong in the pool area. Possibly from the golf course behind the property? Although not the fault of the property itself, it did affect our time enjoying the pool facilities.

Room needs a refurb. All working order but could do with a facelift for the price paid.

The stay was great but may I suggest you replace the couch. That was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Not fit for a relaxing time in front of the TV. Room 23.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like as it had great positive points. It was a bit aged, with a very old rusty clothes horse in the laundry, the curtains needed replacing and some of the coffee cups in the cupboard were not clean. Simple upgrades for the owner to stay on top of maintenance. In saying that I would stay there again as the positives are worth it.

The location was awesome with beautiful view across the road to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you for investing in an awesome bed. I slept so well.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, coastal walk, beaches, surf lessons, etc.... It is an older style building but very well maintained, spacious apartment, nice pool (unfortunately didn't use though) and great views over the ocean. Staff were lovely and very efficient.
