Very small unit, shower very difficult to get in and out of. Other visitors parking in my carpark and someone messing with the wipers on my car. No shampoo, very little sugar or coffee, no tea bags. It should be made clear that these things aren't supplied. The cups are up too high in the cupboard for any short person to reach.

The smell in the lift was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, very awkward for getting in and out of the bath/shower, especially for a short person, no wifi for most of our stay due to plug unplugged at rear of tv

Bed could have been more comfortable, shower access was a little challenging but water was hit and plentiful.

Great location, easy parking and nit was easy to find. A lovely water view looking north was great!

After a less than convenient check in process, involving a shop half a km down the road we arrived to find our accom with so much potential for excellence missed. The listing promised toiletries supplied, this consisted of one small soap. Although we searched cupboards and found an almost empty shampoo and shower gel under the kitchen sink we didn't consider this appropriate. Half a roll of toilet paper isn't enough in anybody's books. The bed was unmade, sheets etc dumped on the bed, pillows old and stained. Floors not clean. Be aware that while the listing states the apartment is wheelchair accessible the shower is most definitely NOT. With an above knee high step through a narrow door this was a challenge to us almost fit 50+ year Olds. It's a good size for two in a great location, the pool was lovely, with more attention to detail it would have been great.

Collecting and returning keys to offsite location.

The apartment is well designed and was provided with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice balcony with excellent view of the beach. Convenient access with carparking onsite.

The dryer is full of lint and has not been cleared, one light was not working. There were no garbage bags. The couch was not a fold out bed as I thought it would be as it would have been handy for 2 friends staying together.

Not suitable for interstate travellers. $110 late key collection fee after 8pm, and has to be advised 24 hours before. We couldn’t get access on the first night and had to pay to stay elsewhere. Interstate travellers don’t control Airline changes.

Security is almost non-existent in the building with the front door always open and no security access in the lift which had a terrible smell apparently because of an ongoing problem with stagnant water underneath. The unit is small but adequate for two but the high step into the shower/bath could be a problem for elderly or physically challenged visitors. The spa bath didn't work & neither did the light in the bedroom. There is no coffee table in the lounge area and the single wingback fabric chair was dirty as were the shelves in the wardrobe. The kitchen was tiny but adequate with pots & pans, plates etc but it had no oven, or dishwasher & only a 2 burner electric hotplate. The collection and return of the key was unusual but there were no problems. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun lounges & a hot spa & an under cover bbq area. Overall the best part is the location.

The location & the view from the unit is fantastic which is right across from the beach and everything within easy walking distance. The bed was comfy and with the balcony door closed it was very quiet to sleep. The washer & dryer was a great help.

The sofa bed wasn't great, feet were higher than head when lying down. Mattress was terrible could feel every spring. The elevator had a funky smell.

The view from the apartment of Alex Beach was amazing. We watched whales from the balcony, and it was great. The apartment itself was small but cosy. We had a great stay.

The shower had a REALLY high step up into a bath. I am quite short and my husband has a bad back, so this was a little awkward, but otherwise I loved the shower - very good water pressure and temperature though.

Location of the apartment was fabulous and views were amazing. Easy access for carparking and lift. Room had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable.

We thought it was a part of the hotel but it is a private rental. We were late to check in and it was a rush to get to the key before the store that was holding the keys closed at 8pm.
