In winter it’s freezing inside the cabin. An electric blanket would be ideal. The heater provided didn’t keep you warm. The grounds to the property require a huge overhaul to clean it up for more appeal to want to stay again. I won’t be staying again. The office is closed the whole time you’re there. I dropped off the keys into the lock box then realised I left my handbag with my licence in it. Messaged a number, but advised there was no one to come out to help unlock the cabin. With the office being closed I waited 2 and half hours for the cleaner to arrive. She was surprised to see me there waiting. Delayed my trip home by 3 hours.

It suited a purpose for my stay in the area. Pool would be good in summer for kids. A stove top in the cabin would be good and effective heating for winter. Camp kitchen, laundry and ammenities block on site.

Location and cleanliness was good. But there is no staff available at the property at any time. Also, there is no wifi at the property and when approached the office there was no one even in the night or day. When called a number that was displayed on the board, there was little help.

The bunks were unbearable, I had both kids 6&9 in the bed with me as their mattresses were so thin. They described it as the worst caravan park they have ever been to. There’s nothing to do. Luckily my bed was very comfortable.

The coloured cabins were fun.

The Cabin was run down - look at the Photos. No pot in the kitchen to cook pasta, only one pan - and that should be forbidden to use(photo) - stovetop is a dom (photo), we would not be able to cook on that anyway. Bathroom sink quiet disgusting, on the floor to the the bathroom a hazard for cutting toes/Feet (photo) No broom to sweep the floor, Table and chairs look like they got picked up from the side of the road (Photos). The fridge had no rails in the door - actually a bit annoying...

The floor of the cabin needed a mop and is in dire need of some general repairs and replacement of old and worn out fixtures and fittings. The whole campground is run down and in need of maintenance.

The shower was wonderful, lots of hot water but the shower curtain was mouldy.

The place needed a really good clean the room was dirty and stinky upon arrival. The first cabin was filthy the TV didn't work so we were moving to another cabin which was smaller and yet a little more acceptable but omg the smell was yuk and right along side a residence cabin which was a bomb with rubbish everywhere not a great view out the windows. The heated pool advertised was dirty and un usable the park was pretty much a bomb. It's quite some distance from another and has hardly anything to offer but a hair dirty bed, we shower with shoe's on as I think it's safer.

Some blankets were dirty, heaters and wall needed a good clean. One of the single mattress was to thin that I could fill the base of the bed 😪

The wifi was non-existent, the photos online advertising the room are deceptive and lead you to believe the bungalow is a lot bigger. The bathroom was tiny, there was no lounge or living area and only a small bar fridge. There were also a couple of cockroaches and no door mat to wipe your shoes on entering which was not ideal when it was raining.

The location was convenient for us and the price was cheap.

The lounge was not fantastic. The room had a bad smell when we first got there I think just from being closed up
