There was nothing we didn’t like.

We loved the birds in the yard in the morning and the fully loaded fire pit. The hosts’ attention to detail and anticipation of their guests’ every whim was amazing. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

It was very clean and comfortable with lots of extras such as condiments, coffee and Easter eggs! Loved sitting outside watching the birds in the morning including wrens and a flame robin. It’s in a great location with an easy drive to caves house for dinner, morning swims at meelup beach and of course Simmos ice cream and dunsborough

I liked most about this property during our vacation stay was the excellent amenities and the exceptional hospitality provided by Denise, our host. Denise was incredibly helpful and always responded promptly to any questions or requests we had, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The backyard firepit and the airfyer and the games and the blue tableware.

The host was an excellent communicator and gave me lots of helpful tips in adavnce. She was also very friendly and welcoming and accomadting to our needs. I loved the marshmallows and chocolate left and the panda accessories left out.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Location handy to town and a choice of beaches. Quiet bush block. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Bathroom had lots of bench space. Dressing gowns provided - bonus! Firewood provided for one night of outdoor fire pit use. Owners very helpful and responsive. Very clean, comfortable and tidy. Not left wanting for anything.

Everything about this property was AMAZING. from inside to the outside. a GREAT place to stay. The hosts have thought of everything that you would need for a comfortable Stay. There is even books, games and toys for kids, adults. the beds and especially the pillows are so comfortable for a great night's sleep. I can't recommend this place enough.

Panda’s Patch is a lovely hideaway in a quiet spot close to Dunsborough. The accommodation is well set up for a family or one or two couples. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom and shower works well, the interior is spacious and there is a pleasant covered seating area outside ideal for BBQing and relaxing. The property is located in the hills behind Dunsborough Lakes and close to Simmo’s Icecreamery, a short 8 minute drive from the town centre. Communications with the owners was efficient, accessing the property was straightforward with parking available for two cars and the wifi worked well. This property, while being self-contained and with separate access, is adjacent to the owner’s residence and next to other house in a semi-rural setting.

Location was lovely, close to dunsborough but in the bush. The noise of the birds in the morning as the sun rose was just lovely. The property itself was really well equipped and well designed.
