No jug of water in the fridge. Ice wasnt cold enough in the freezer. Ice tray was half melted. And I had to eat my Indian dinner with a teaspoon! No forks or plates!

The showerbath setup was a bit average. There could have been a few more pieces of cutlery like a knife and fork but we take our own now because of the lack of some things we have experienced elsewhere. The microwave would not respond on certain buttons but we were able to get the 30 sec button working for our timer.

The television had an ear plug facility. The room was peaceful and location was very good.

I did NOT like reception NOT OPEN 24 hours, particular Sunday ONLY 3pm. The reception CALL me to ask my credit card details when I ride Didi in Brisbane. NO room for my 3rd night stay. $20 was charged to my Westpac mastercard. I want to extend my 3 rd nights, but NO room available.

I like the view and swimming pool and spa to RELAX. Reception was very KIND to let me go back to my room to get my power bank back after check-out and use toilet.

The people in the apartment next door had a dog (I read everywhere that it was NOT pet friendly, which suits me just fine) which barked every time someone walked past. I'm sure that Council or Roads dept would have advised the Resort of night road works - ALL NIGHT! - yet our accommodation was towards the end of the wing closest to the noise, as opposed to the opposite wing which would've been much quieter. There were plenty of rooms available.

Paradise Island Resort is in a great location - very easy to walk to the heart of Surfers. We've stayed a couple of times now, and probably will again, even though it needs some TLC (and new cleaners)

For the price of the stay the room was in terrible shape with holes in the walls and in well need of a paint job, balcony was filthy The $200 bond for a run down hotel room was redicilous.

The room Shower did not work (The button that needed to be pressed to seperate the shower and bath did not work, water ran from both taps, no pressure) plug did not fit to fill bath up!!! Iron was putrid could not be used No conditioner Rooms not serviced daily Room did not look like photos on booking site ( showed kitchenette there was not one)

Could provide more bathroom lotions. 1 shampoo and 2 little soaps No body wash,conditioner, or extra soap . For two people, not enough. Access for shower difficult for people with knee issues. The room could do with some Art on the walls .

The shower is leaking, there’s no exhaust fan in the toilet so after every shower it gets really wet. There is only 1 wine glass provided for both of us. The laundry is outside the room that is shared with other customer, which is not very helpful since we’re out most of the day and cannot do laundry since the timing is only from 8am-8pm. They only provide 1 tiny shampoo, no conditioner and body wash unlike the other 3 star hotels are providing.
