Reception lady was not friendly. No dish washing detergent or sponge/cloth to wash dishes in kitchen sink, so had to leave it all for the cleaners. No cooking utensils or cleaning supplies in BBQ areas.

Nice view overlooking the pool. Maintenance man offered to get us uht milk for coffee as the reception lady said there was none left in reception. (He went to the store room).

The apartment we stayed in could use a bit of a deep clean.

Comfortable room, good facilities and easy to access with a short drive to Port Douglas. The hotel offered a shuttle to town if you needed it. There was also two pools and a tennis court.

The only downside was that the people in the apartment below us were heavy smokers and the fumes of the cigarette smoke would waft up and fill our apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious with a nice outlook over the tropical gardens and lagoon pools. It provided everything we needed. We loved the pool area and relaxing on the lounges. The bar at the golf club had an amazing outlook over the golf course, rain forest and mountains. to sit and enjoy a drink. The managers of the complex were lovely, friendly and helpful people.

Finding a car park near our room was sometimes a challenge, especially after going out in the afternoon or evening.

Cupboard and drawer space was excellent - far better than most places where we have stayed in recent years. We also really enjoyed the deck looking out towards the swimming pool area. Management made us feel welcome.

The kitchen was a bit sparsely supplied. It was ok for a solo traveller or a couple but larger groups would struggle I think. A few more bowls would be nice.

The peace and quiet. Very nice surroundings and the villa was spacious and tastefully decorated. Cafe at the golf course was very convenient, nice food and reasonably priced.

Nowhere to put your suitcase other than the bed. Crockery and cutlery insufficient. The choice of bowls and spoons for our cereal was one giant bowl and giant spoon or one ok sized bowl and a teaspoon.

The pools are great, especially for kids of all ages as there are a number of small to medium pools of differing depths.

This is a very nice place but there are a few small things that let's it all down - the washing machine leaked and barely worked (reported but no change over the week we were there), the sliding wardrobe door was worn and very difficult to move, the handle on one of the external sliding door was missing, and the plastic cutting boards looked like they were about 20 years old. Nothing huge but still annoying and lets the place down.

The grounds are very pleasant and make for a nice setting. The unit was good though showing its age.

The kitchen area in the appartment was a shambles. No list of standard cuttlery, crockery & utensils leading to: Too many pots but no microwave dishes for the microwave. No very sharp knife. No operaring instructions for the current model TV's in the main living area and bedroom

I tripped on the step mid landing a couple of times.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the golf course. The location was very private and quiet - except for the birds. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. With fans and air conditioning we were always cool. Lovely setting and enjoyed having a heated pool. We did some cooking at home. IGA is nearby but had a fantastic meal at the Beach Shack. A little distance from town but we had our own car.

Overall fittings were getting old. Electrical cords to standard lamps were brittle and cracking. Lamp switches were stuck. Close dryer would not complete cycle on low heat.
