Honestly one of my favorite hotels i've ever stayed at! The staff was amazing from check-in, and the room was beyond all of my expectations!! It's also in the heart of one of the best areas in Sydney - 10/10 would recommend.

We loved the comfortable bed and the real towels, as well as the gorgeous tiled shower and the balcony. The daily sparkling water deliveries always made us smile, and the location was awesome. The staff were wonderful and helpful with everything we needed. The art and little touches like books and music in the rooms helped this space feel homey.

I wish the bathroom had an opaque door!

This is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed at! The daily sparkling water delivered to our door, the extremely vibey and well-desiged room, the incredible food in the on-site cafés... I could go on. The neighbourhood was the best. We absolutely would stay here if we ever returned to Sydney.

The room is clean, modern, beautiful. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The coffee shop there is perfect and delicious with good people around. You have a pilates studio on the roof. And they have the service of massage on you room that was perfect. The area is great, chill and super cool with many good restaurants around. They have terrace in your room and a bag to use to go to the beach 🫶🏻

The beds could be more comfortable, but it didn’t ruin our stay. I think you just expect more given the price point. It’s not enough to make me not want to stay again! It just wasn’t as comfy and luxurious as I expected!

Amazing modern facilities with great art, facilities and design vibe in the rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotet, but we loved the rooms, the coffee and vibe!

Bedroom lighting was a bit dark.

Fantastic location - very close to a couple of train stations, but also an easy walk to galleries and even circular quay if you’re looking to extend. Great breakfast cafe - clearly a very popular destination for Sydney siders.

I booked the loft room 403. 688 aud with extra 13 aud for eftpos. But I don’t think the price matches what they deliver. The shower was impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature — I assume it’s a really old one. The partnered car park is quite a walk away, and it only allows single entry. If I wanted to leave and come back, I’d have to pay again. They also charged $75 AUD in advance without my permission, supposedly to cover any potential consumption. Usually, hotels charge after checkout, not before. The mini bar prices were hard to find — they could have made it easier by including them on a menu. And last but not least: no hair dryer. It’s nice that they provide condoms and tampons, but in my opinion, a hair dryer is a basic amenity every hotel should offer.
