Nothing could have been better for our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay again One minor thing is that we had problems with the TV working but that was ok as we had the fire and the views to make up for it

What a surprise ! We arrived to bread baking and a platter of breakfast food ready to cook in the fridge. This place was fantastic. Gorgeous accommodation along with fireplace and spectacular views out to Bruny Island Wallabies grazing on the hillside beside us and chooks greeting us on our verandah ! Thanks to our hists who were lovely, messaging us before arrival to ensure we were all ready with an early check in

Everything - magnificent location, incredible views, generous breakfast, loved having breakfast on the viewing deck, even the turkeys and chooks next door were sensational. Will stay again.

The bed would be ideal if it was raised a little ,but was pretty comfortable.

The woodfire is always a draw card for me and a nice view, i like the high ceilings and the natural timber in the place, always love the smell and taste of the homemade bread on arrival.

Amazing property. Beautiful view. Loft bedroom and spa were definitely a drawcard. Ben was awesome, lighting the wood fire for us just before we arrived. Will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this place any more highly!

Really do not have any complaints.

This spot was amazing. It was rather secluded, which my partner and I both loved and needed after some time spent in the more busy nearby city of Hobart. The provisions such as fresh baked bread, fresh eggs, juice and milk were all a nice surprise and we loved them as well. The fire and ambience of the space was exactly what you'd want after a full day of driving.

We couldn't rate our stay any more highly. Great communication by the host and some great touches to include getting the fire started before we arrived and having a freshly baked loaf of bread in the bread maker on arrival. The studio is beautifully presented and the views just great. We loved it and thoroughly recommend Peppermint Ridge Retreat to anybody - especially anyone who appreciates efforts to be eco friendly. Thank you Ben.
