We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAll the fittings of the house are pritty basic or I can say bare minimum. Even no toilet paper holders in the toilet. Gave only 4 toilet rolls for 5 nights & 7 persons. Buy your own toilet rolls. May need to clean previous tenants dust. The ducted system, doesn't work properly. First 2-3 nights was warmer sleep. Only loung has a Split system A/C. May need a fan, if its warmer days.
Planty of bed rooms and big house. One onsuit/walk in robe & bathroom. Another common bath & toilet.

AustraliaThere were a number of things that have been reported before by other reviews - big box of dishwasher tablets with only two tablets in it (for a 3 night stay) - no pegs (not a problem if there was a dryer) - bins full - shower grout mouldy & exhaust fans dirty - carpets stained and worn - oven door did not close - house for up to 12 people with a couch that seats 4 and a theatre room with nothing in it. These improvements would make it an excellent stay.
Easy to find and big spacious house. Plenty of crockery & cutlery including plastic for kids. Nice house that has real potential to be an excellent holiday home

AustraliaThe property was very dirty specially the carpets in the rooms. They weren’t cleaned properly and bedsheets smelled so badly not clean at all. Not enough toilet paper in toilets and shampoo or cleaning supplies in laundry. The dishwasher was stinky and kitchen supplies so old and dirty 🤢
The location and street was very quiet and good. The bathroom basin were blocked and when we contacted the owner she was very quick in responding and fixing them for us.
