Great location. Comfortable facilities. Very cosy on the cold winter nights. Free continental breakfast was a delight. Will try to book again in the winter months

Location to town and lighthouse and nearby attractions was ideal. A great spot for a few days stay. Guest lounges were charming and welcoming when available. Self serve supplies table in hall for towels, coffee etc is a terrific idea.

Hallway and/or stairs were very noisy with footsteps from other guests each morning and late Friday around midnight. Bathroom was a little small for large people and more shelving near basin would have been helpful but all in all it did the job.

Easy check-in and good communication. Room was spacious and clean.

Took a while to warm up, but otherwise great.

Comfortable guesthouse few doors from small strip of shops and cafes. Comfy bed. We enjoyed the lounge room area and also the free wine and cheese Saturday night. Breakfast was yummy enjoyed raisin toast and nutrigrain from help your self selection in kitchen.

    Great room and facilities.

It was quite noisy from the visitors in the room directly above me.

❤️❤️this place❤️❤️ This quaint, traditional, homely guest house is just a wonderful place to stay! In a wonderful convenient location it really would suit everyone. Passing by or staying a while the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need (and then added a little bit more). Staying here we felt welcome and looked after and it’s clear they love what they do. From chocolates on your pillow, to wine and nibbles in the lounge (we stayed on a Saturday in winter) and complimentary breakfast (seasonal) with fresh ground coffee!! Even additional ammenities were close on hand. No need to ration or even ask when you run out. There isn’t a rating high enough for this accommodation.

    Nothing!

The food provided for breakfast was good. Cereals, toast, fruit, croissants, tea and coffee in a communal room.

Communication while booking didn’t seem very friendly.

Easy self check in. Self service continental breakfast was very good. Nice coffee machine in breakfast room. Great location near to Rip View lookout. Cosy heating in the room. Heritage building atmosphere.

The shower head was a bit on the wonky side, but plenty of hot water
