Great location, good breakfasts, dinner while OK was not up to the level of the other restaurants visited. The room while nicely situated felt a bit crowded in places.

2nd time staying. This trip we had an appt. with a strange layout. TV was in an impossible location for viewing. Some of units tight for space. Check square footage and perhaps contact property direct to get allocated best available.

Location opp. 4 mile beach is wonderful. Handy for restaurants. Cafe below good for brekkie.

Certain exterior maintenance was lacking, property need painting and rust on steel supports for overhangs

We had to wash the mugs and knives ourselves as they had finger and food marks on them. The drain in the shower drained very slowly. Floor was sandy and needed to be vacuumed and not just mopped

This hotel could be a jewel but at some point needs a bit of TLC renovation ( repainting / changing floor corridors going to rooms / and cleaner in corridors/ and pool surround). the pool area is nice but : 1. There are unclean things in areas inside the pool and 2. The white table by the sun chair was disgusting when it’s so easy to clean … Aside from that I would highly recommend and will be back !

Port Douglas peninsula boutique hotel is a well located cute hotel that has character. Only 5 mns walk from Main Street and shops. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful . Upon arrival my room was great and clean . Mattress and pillows were very comfortable too. Air conditioning worked well and there were no bugs🤗. The included breakfast was fabulous and dinner nice .

the apartment has a kitchen but its not very well equiped , not good for cooking their is no exhaust fan over the hot plates ,as a result we set of the fire alarm ( not ideal)

the location was great across the road from the beach and only a short walk to restaurants ect, the breakfeast was very good 10/10 and the staff were exellent very engaging and helpfull

Excellent Hotel with only 36 rooms comfortable 1 bed apartment overlooking the pool.Spacious pool area and a delicious breakfast each day. 50 meters from 4mile beach and an easy walk to all the shops and bars on Macrossan St.

It would be a lovely treat to be able to stay on a local price. I would like to take the opportunity to stay more if there was a local discount price. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Most comfortable and in an accessible position. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Happy to not have children at the resort, so felt comfortable and a quiet environment.

Best location in port Douglas. Amazing friendly staff. View was sensational. Included breakfast was very generous with a good selection and starter fruit plate. Hotel guests were the priority in the cafe so we always got a table. Room lovely and clean. Would highly recommend

Reception closed at 6pm and we arrived at 8 so had to find our way around the hotel in the dark. I would expect someone to have been on reception later. Only one robe in the room and general house keeping could have been better as towels were taken and not received. Bar also closed very early (before 5pm)

The situation was perfect to walk into town or on to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in a ground floor Oceanside room. Breakfast was excellent with the choice of a main and two sides, a fruit platter and good coffee. Pool was pleasant to sit by and water temperature was good. Great to have the beach across the road and a short walk to the Main Street.

Housekeeping didn't consistently refill the coffee capsules, and the floor could have been swept better, as I often felt sand on my feet or socks. Otherwise, the room was clean. Reception was not open 24 hours. On Sunday, when I checked in and wanted to book a massage, the reception had already closed by around 4 pm. There were not enough deckchairs.

The room was exceptional, in great condition, and featured a specially designed large bathroom with both a shower and a big bathtub. I loved the warm and welcoming design, with terracotta tiles on the floor and small greenish square tiles in the bathroom. The kitchenette was amazing, equipped with a small dishwasher drawer and a coffee capsule machine. I requested a high floor with a good view, and they fulfilled my request. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Given the small area, the pool was nicely integrated with waterfalls and multiple levels. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient to get you started for the day. You could choose a main course with sides and a hot barista drink, and all in-house guests received a fruit platter. Additionally, there is a laundry room on every floor, and usage is included in the room rate. Overall, it was a very good hotel in its category.

The property is starting to look a bit tired such as the pool area and bathrooms.

The location of the hotel is outstanding and the hotel is quiet and relaxing. Staff were always happy to remedy any issues with had with our room.

Pool not heated. House keeping needed an upgrade as floors never swept or mopped for 10 days while we were there. Bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty. Pillow cases unchanged. Room decore very tired. Not value for money.

Location perfect. Breakfast good but maybe more variety needed. Happy Hour on first weekend of our stay was great. Coffee good too.
