Toaster didn’t work, nor did dining room ceiling light, floor filthy.

No keys for screen doors to exit and lock whilst at the pool.

The 2bdr apartment was fantastic. Having a full kitchen to cook and prepare food for ourselves was really great. The washing machine in the bathroom was a bonus.

Beds (mattresses) were super uncomfortable for our group sadly. As non-locals unable to bear the heat aircon should be in all rooms.

The facility is quite dated, flickering hall lights, inviting exterior. The living room furniture was a wooden bench sofa only, very uncomfortable and no chairs. We couldn’t even relax in the apartment.

The beds were comfy and there was parking, a balcony and a pool. The kitchen was well equipped.

The pool was lovely. Nice spacious apartments with underground parking. Beds were comfy. Located not too far out of the main part of Port Douglas - short drive by car or bus.

Beds could have been more comfortable and soundproofing between floors isnt great.

Lovely renovated room, beautiful tropical gardens and warm swimming pool. Very well maintained property with secure parking.

Our apartment 6 was next to the gate that a lot of people used to come and go from the resort.

Quiet a good location. We had our own transport.

It would have been nice to have security screens on doors and windows on the common balcony. The people staying in the back bedroom felt nervous to leave the window open at night.

The staff were great. Swimming pool and BBQ complex was very well kept. The unit was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The bonus of washing machine and dryer was helpful. Having a lift made our stay easy and enjoyable.

The Apartment was dark needed more lighting bed was okay obviously not a non smoking property otherwise okay

Nice apartments clean inside needed a bit more lighting does have a lift pool area nice well kept gardens 1.3kl from Port Douglas need a car to travel or you can walk beach across the road about 4 minutes not a bad place to stay

Please note that if you are doing water activities, the apt complex does not allow hanging any clothes or towels etc on the balcony AT ALL. We did not know this before and it was very inconvenient as we did 3 reef diving day trips and would have liked to dry our items on the balcony outside. Also, we were unlucky in that our neighbor was a heavy smoker and the prevailing winds carried all the smoke into our unit. We could not keep the windows and balcony doors open despite the PERFECT weather. We were unit 22.

Apartment could do with a face lift, also a bit musty.

Very good value for money and good place if you plan to use it mainly as a base as opposed to looking for a resort holiday location. Good location and friendly staff. Nice but basic pool area

Superior room type was not as advertised. Whilst partially refurbished furnishings were dated. Bathroom/laundry was ensuite in size. Double bed was hard, single beds on rollers moved around too much making for an uncomfortable sleep. Floor was dirty ( not vaccinated or washed) & kitchen blind filthy dirty. Aircon didn’t work.

Hard to find anything wrong to be honest maybe the shower head was abit low lucky we are not tall and the pillows could be abit softer

Unit was immaculately cleaned, staff were sensational, very responsive and helpful. Pool was always lovely and not overcrowded. Comfortable beds. Fantastic value for money for families.
