We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaCould have had some mosquito coils to allow sitting outside on verandah to watch sunset.
Location perfect - on river with beach across the road , easy walking distance to main street restaurants , the Wharf and Fish Markets . Only drove the car once to Kawana Waters Farmers markets . Apartment had large living room and nice pool area.

AustraliaRooms need block out blinds, we all woke up with sunrise each morning. Apartment could do with a deep clean, I had a handful of dust on my bedside table which wasn’t great however the overall cleanliness and presentation of the apartment was great

New ZealandThe unit was filthy, mould, broken window catches, vent covers missing, spider webs couldn’t open the windows. Dust, broken cloths airing rack, someone’s toe nail clippings. Fish was left in the fridge & I could use it to cater for any family or my meals, incurred additional cost having to eat out. The agent’s knew about the fish stink! Two cakes of soap the size of a 50 cent piece and that was the limit of the toiletries. I complained and told cleaners could come but not at a time that suited me ( they would have been there for a couple of days ) the fridge needed replacing as they apparently already cleaned it. They dismissed my complaint & said maybe the owners might compensate me! The agency should be sacked as they have not taken any care of managing the apartment. The lift was out of order during my stay, I understand maintenance. The ensuite floor was covered in black hair , mine is fair! It just goes on & on. I booked a two bedroom large unit so my daughters and grandkids could stay it was terribly disappointing. Couldn’t even keep milk in the fridge.
