Air con remote and wall instructions for use did not match the remote. Absolutely froze in there. Generally clean but attention to detail lacking:1. inside of only window greasy - very off putting. Can accept outside not cleaned. Attention to detail 2: 3 forks, 2 knives (blunt), 1 T spoon & 1 T spoon - difficult for 2 people.

Central location, convenient for my purpose. Street parking did not concern me. Night staff answered promptly and were helpful with my initial difficulty with the drop box. bed side lamps and lighting good.

The WiFi was less than usable, so no streaming anything, and cleanliness is a problem, had to clean the bathroom wall near the light switch, it was gross!

Location was where we needed to be, room was fine, having Beletti right next door was a huge bonus.

1. Blinds in the lounge were not working, and when mentioned to staff, their answer was "oh yeah there's a problem with that." 2. I asked when checking in about having 2 beds in one of the rooms and said it wasn't requested. 3. Asked if it could be done on Friday due to other guests coming in later Friday night Was told yes, but it would cost $30, which I agreed to and offered to pay straight away but was told that I could do it in the morning. 4. Housekeeping came while I was still in bed, which was ok. Let them know I would be going out soon, and they said they would come back and service the room, and they didn't come back at all. 5. Asked housekeeping about the other room be split into 2 beds and they responded saying they didn't know anything about it and I told them I had spoken to Reception on (Thursday) when I checked in and that the other guest was coming late Fri night and was told that it could be done. 6. Again, housekeeping said they would be back later, and the beds were not separated. 7. There was only one battery in the remote for the bedroom TV. 8. The TV in the lounge did not change channels due to the remote not working properly. 9. Ended up taking battery out of that one to get the bedroom TV working. So in writing this I was not happy about many things and would not recommend this Hotel to anyone

There was no one available at the reception and it was hard to contact someone to enquire about anything. The kitchenware can be improved if there were cooking pots, frying pans or other stove equipments. The blankets were very dirty and needed a good clean. It might be a good idea if the kitchenware were checked after the checkout of the previous guest for cleanliness. Thank you.

The location is good as it is close to the shops and the Dandenong market. The highlight being that the cleaners when they finally arrived were very friendly and helpful as they provided everything we needed. In addition, iron, laundry machine and hair dryers were provided which met our expectations.

Terrible stained matterse with just a sheet over the top, smelly doona with a sheet over the top, pillows terrible, smokey musty curtains. Pee stains on bathroom wall , smelly shower, no hair dryer. I have cleaned apartments for a living and have to say this was a bad experience, but if i dont tell you you wouldnt no , im sorry i cant give this place a good review

The drains in the shower took a while to drain water, and when it finally drained there was a dark rim around the bath,when we were leaving and looking for our sons toys we found a dirty sock and red bracelet beads under the couch, dirty used q-tips under one of the beds and under the other bed had dirty used tissues. One of the staff members (young female) was a bit rude to us when saying that if we didn’t get out before 10:00am we will have our $100 security deposit taken away from us and not given back.

Big rooms, nice location, smelt clean, spacious, definitely would come back again, one of the staff was very nice (young male), dish washer, washing machine and dryer were amazing to have, enough seating, handy cutlery and plates

Traffic noise all night due to bad seals on windows ,beds need updating ,no house cleaning on Sunday . Carpet stains & reception not attended all day .
