Quiet with good facilities in a garden setting and with water features. Good heated pools. Able to walk to shops and the beach Kitchen facilities very adequate.

Need to keep window closed at night to minimise traffic noise as we were in block 5 which is closest to the main road. Ask for accommodation in accommodation blocks of lower number.

Good location for going to the Coolum eateries and shops. Just over the road from a large Coles supermarket. Only 100m to the bus stop where you could travel north and south on the local buses for 50c a trip. Only 5 min to beach. Room was spacious and well set out with great balcony. We were on third floor but lift makes it easy.

My husband and I have just enjoyed 3 nights at Coolum at the Beach. The property had a great location, close to Coles and opp the beach. Unit was very clean, bed and pillows very comfy with fluffy towels as well as a huge shower. Gardens and pools were fabulous, staff very helpful. A lovely property and highly recommended.

Freezer had a very bad fish smell. There are instructions that the range hood must be used when cooking to avoid the fire alarms going off. However, there doesn’t appear to be any instructions on how to turn the range hood on.

NOTHING except the lack of allocation of towels Only 1 set given on check in per person. Even though a washing machine and dryer in the apartment and could wash them, it seems to be a waste of power and water to be washing everyday just 2 items which seems unhelpful enviromentally. Also having to rent a beach towel if you don't have your own. I have not encountered this ever before at other resorts. The only other negative was the room could be noisy during the day due to road noise but that is unchangeable.

Nice big apartments comfy bed quiet at night a tropical feel nice grounds.

Unfortunately we could not get the dishwasher to work - the front panel buttons were not really intuitive and we could not find a handbook in the unit's data folder(lots of other stuff though). Reverted to hand washing. The "double" toaster worked only on one half (two pieces of bread) but that half did work OK. The instructions for the lounge room TV did not match the TV itself, and some 30 minutes of button pushing, scrolling, re-starts, and goodness knows what else, we finally got the TV working - don't know how! And could not bring up the sub-titles even though the setting indicated subtitles "on".

Very quiet, very comfortable bed and spacious modern bathroom. Washing machine /dryer was very handy at this stage of our holiday. Kitchen facilities were very good - Coles and Dan Murphy's was just as short walk away. Car parking down below was very good and spacious, and the lift very much appreciated from the basement car-park to our apartment floor very much appreciated.

Although the bathroom was lovely and clean, the shower itself is quite small for Australian standards.

Lovely apartment in a great location opposite parks leading to the beach. We were on the second floor and looked over the lap pool into a tropical oasis with palm trees and a well established garden. It felt quiet sitting on the balcony, looking at the tops of the trees. Very secure property, generous parking and an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk or the shops and restaurants. A Coles is located across the road which is very handy. The property was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Two of the four pools are heated which makes them perfect all year round. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this property.

Soundproofing was dismal within the apartment I was constantly subjected to “ impact noise” from the apartment above scraping of moving furniture/ heavy footsteps /toilet flushing /and at times voices could be heard Very disappointing

Beds and lounge area very comfy. bathrooms big and spacious. Decor was really lovely and washing machine was great quality for the baby clothes. just a lingering smell from the toilets, but its fine with the doors shut. beautiful outdoor path area, felt safe and secure. kids loved the birdsong in the evenings and the pools.

Amazing location close to the beach. Friendly staff. Large apartment with lots of space. In house laundry. Lots of pool options though we preferred the beach. Very walkable neighborhood. Quiet enough at night and wake up to the birds.

It is close to everything!! A lovely bright apartment with beautiful gardens surrounding it. We found it to be very quiet and peaceful.

Some of the crockery and cutlery items were not clean. Not a big problem though, just washed them in the dishwasher before use.

Very handy to beach and shopping strip with cafes, restaurants and pub. Supermarket opposite. Complex is quite big but we had no problems at all with noise. Apartment was roomy and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Friendly reception staff.
