We loved the location - an easy 5 minute walk to the CBD but in a quiet location. The accommodation was incredibly clean, the staff were all lovely and we felt it was excellent value for money. The view was absolutely incredible and better than the photos

An industrial blower was left in our room, lights were on when we first checked in, housekeeping probably forgot about it. I thought we were given an occupied room. Washing machine was a little weird, we used the detergent provided, but after washing, the powder residue remained exactly on the same tshirt so I'm not sure if the clothes were washed properly or not.. We had to wash the clothes 3x to remove the residue.. But since we weren't sure if they were washed properly we just rewashed them again. Breakfast if you pay for it is at the sky view next door. But food selection is rather limited for a buffet and the price.

Location was good, easy to walk to beach, mall, food areas. Carpark was secure, plenty of lots. Large clean room with washing machine and dryer. Showers were good, hot water and adequate pressure. Comfortable beds. Spacious unit with living room area, kitchenette.

It was a very minor thing, but there wasn't enough hot water for the spa bath as it started to run cold before the water level got high enough to cover the jets.

The view from the 18th floor was exceptional. You'd never get bored of the stunning views. The rooms were very spacious, giving such a relaxed feel to the apartment, and the decor is minimal and contemporary. The beds were very comfortable too.

Some of the elevators were being upgraded and temporarily out of service now. Waiting time was therefore a bit long.

We turned up with the door unlocked and tv on which concerned us but no damage. Soaps not available when taking a bath as they are located on the wall in the shower.

I didn't like the bed, it was quite hard and the lounges weren't that comfortable as well.

The lift takes awhile but it could also be one of the lift was under maintenance. It's not a big issue for us but do need to keep track of time if you book a uber something.

The view is amazing. The apartment is spacious and super comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back again. The location is perfect, the tram is right at your doorstep.

We weren’t aware that there will on be 2 elevators working at the time Which resulted in waiting for 30 mins for a lift down to the lobby which is not good with a 7 month old baby.

Always loved staying at the Q1 been there three times and each time it’s lovely to stay. Always got great rooms with amazing views

There was only 2 lifts out of 4 working. The waiting time was at times very frustrating

The outside table and chairs were quite dusty and dirty which isn’t usually how it is. We love to sit outside and enjoy the view so that was a little annoying especially when you were dressed to head out for dinner or the day. Was just very dusty. Never ever had this occur before. Won’t stop us from staying however just thought some feedback for future would be helpful.

Always love our stay there hence why we keep rebooking!!

I can only criticise the lifts, with only 2 operating there were big delays getting a lift up or down at times due to upgrades being carried out at the moment.

The apartment was spacious and well presented with plenty of room for a family of 3. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a wedding. Fabulous views from Level 24.
