We had a lovely dinner within the hotel and we did not have to go out in rainy weather.

Parking, drive-in entrance was semi blocked and caused a grid lock with cars trying to enter and leave. AC at night was too hot. Balcony set up was a little disappointing. Bathroom ventilation is poor, mirror fogs up.

We did feel a lot of the extras were expensive. $14 for a block of chocolate was pretty steep. Meals at the restaurant were expensive and a $7 dollar delivery fee for room service was over the top. Especially as through the week the restaurant wasn't very busy.

The overall decor in the hotel and the room is quite dated and the fittings in the room needed general maintenance such as the noisey shower hot water taps/pipes). Access to the undercover parking was really useful but the width of the parking bays are too narrow and at times was quite difficult to park an SUV with enough room between other vehicles. The car park also was partly blocked off due to pending maintenance that looked like it was badly needed. Overall the hotel is in a great location but is in need of a lot of attention as far as upgrading. Internet service was very poor and streaming after 6pm became almost impossible due to constant freezing. There didn't appear to be any exhaust ventilation in the bathroom which caused a lot of misting of the mirrors when showering.

The two bedroom apartment was great and we would choose that type of room again. It was roomy and comfortable with access to the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms which was great. The location was easy to get in and out of with a personal vehicle and also close to restaurants. The bed wasn't the most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced but I didn't mind it. The staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet food was cooked well and had a good selection. The evening meal we had was really good and the cocktail was made with love.

Only 2 staff working in the bar and restaurant. Looked very rushed but managed to have a great attitude.

The noise! It sounded like someone was vacuuming at 11.30pm very restless sleep.

I certainly think the staff, as in numbers could be much better. I understand its not that busy but to have the chef run the bar and kitchen which are in two different locations and possibly even the restaurant is pretty lousy. My purchased drink (canadian club) from the bar was not even on the price list and it took 3 people and 20 minutes to process the purchase. They had to ring the bar manager at home to get the price.

We love the location. Very central. Lots of small shops close by and many eateries. Room was great.

The non fitted bedsheets were a bit of a nightmare. Everytime you got into bed, you would pull it all out and get tangled. No fan in the bathroom. Bathrooms could do with an update. Vanity cracked and Shower heads aren't great.

The fact that the room was quiet. You couldn't hear your neighbours or the bar/restaurant or the pool downstairs. We were on the 1st level. They called and asked if we wanted to book in the restaurant for any meals and made our beds everyday. New towels every other day. Location was great. Walking distance to everything.

It was all pleasant enough.

Convenient and good value for a last minute decision to stay a night. Staff were very friendly.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Siobhan checked us in and was just delightful. Very helpful with dinner suggestions also. The location is great and the rooms and amenities are great value for money. The breakfast is delicious and the setting is lovely. Highly recommend!

Just a couple of minor things, TV in the bedroom is not a smart TV so can only watch free to air, didn’t seem to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom and the couches were a little uncomfortable and need to be a little bigger

Cleaning needs more attention to detail, teabags not replenished and teaspoon left dirty on sink, bathtub not cleaned. You will also hear every word of the neighbours tv through the walls if you attempt sleep before midnight

3 sets of people / arrivals including me were waiting in the lobby for several minutes - no one was available in reception... this was early evening! The room was freezing cold on entry. It took me a while to work out how to get the heating to go on. I didn't like that you access the shower by climbing over the side of a bath. The main room does not have effective main lighting. [ I have stayed in this hotel previously.,]

Unfortunately the breakfast service that day was very lacking but normally it was much better, there was very little food left in the bay marrys & there was no coffee for a while, they seemed under staffed
