Location good. Unit very sparse in kitchen....only 1 water glass which was plastic.....poor number of cooking items....no cutting board or sharp knife.

The apartment needed a bit of TLC with having a shower head that was basically not working, a TV in the spare room that had been dropped so had a large panel of dying pixels and a missing remote. The ceiling fans needed a clean as it was covered in dust and one had a missing cover for the light.

Location was great. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable accommodation. Staff were incredibly hospitable and courteous. A great little resort that will be even better after the updates to the pool and restaurant.

The swimming pool was under construction and repairing which we didn’t know after all the booking payments were done.

Very good location and friendly staffs. The townhouse is very clean. Bathrooms are newly renovated.

The restaurant was disappointing. Used it a couple of times, but the limited opening meant organising meals became an added task for a holiday. Also found that the waiting staff were inattentive to patrons and seemed to be without management. Part of a holiday is the fact that self catering is not a part of it. As there were no restaurants close to the accommodation, a full time restaurant on site would be an advantage.

Parking into garage was little tricky as it was very tight.

A great place for children as there are plenty of activities to keep them engaged. Our room was a little dated but had everything you needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Both washer and dryer didn't work properly so we left with a bunch of wet half-washed clothes. Water pressure in shower was terrible. We stayed in #20 but I've heard other 2 bedroom apartments at Ivory Palms are much better 🤷🏼‍♀️

Good value, kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable - would stay again. Heat pump was great in the mornings when it was cold!

PKs staff, need some improved customer training skills on time to take or general conversation.

Pks food is great, really good pizza's, shame not open for coffee every morning. Coffee taste was a bit flat, prob only 1 shot or seemed weak flavour.

No Parking near unit .I had to park a far way away from the unit .So when you unpack your luggage it can be quite difficult as your blocking the drive way of other Residents. You paying good Money and you can’t even park you car next to your unit like other units . You not able to access the garage attached to the unit . The shower needed a really good clean .It had black mould at bottom of shower in between the tiles and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while .i stayed for 3 days and reception left very little tea bags and washing up detergent and washing powder for you to use .

Restaurant closed earlier than it should have one of the nights we were there. Had walked down 20 mins before it was closed to order a pizza and it had already closed. The restaurant then only opened operated on certain days which was an annoyance as we would have liked to grab a morning coffee/ breakfast there. A resort should ideally have a proper functioning restaurant for their guests so this was disappointing. Additionally the games room could do with a revamp there was a lot of games broken or in poor condition. We still enjoyed our stay and would have given it a 10/10 if not for these few things.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was lovely having a pool right outside our door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The actual unit was in need of renovation, kitchen and bathroom are very old. Carpets could be replaced. The couch was so hard you couldn't sit on it for long. The unit is in desperate need of a good spring clean, all the tracks are filthy, the blinds etc.

Good location, not far from river. Resort has good pools and kids love the jumping pillow. Very safe.

The people upstairs were noisy and there was no aircon in brm no fans either quite hot except in lounge with small air con The shower wasn't a walk in as shown and had in the facilities list made it impossible for my wife to get into.or out off she went without for entire Timea huge step up into a round bath tube with little shower head and a open glass out to windows Bed was uncomfortable and small
