The widow of my room directly onto a brick wall of another building - it would have been good to know this was a potential option, as all the images in the listing where overlooking a central garden/courtyard area.

For a full kitchen, there were not enough utensils, only 4 bowls, plates, spoons, etc. We were initially given keys to a unit that was already occupied. Corporate Living apologised and upgraded us to an executive unit. The executive unit had three reverse cycle air-conditioners, which kept our unit warm but felt quite stuffy.

Good location in Richmond, close to Victoria Gardens shopping centre and trams to the city. There was plenty of room in the unit we were given. Great coffee shop across the road and an IGA two doors down.

Our apartment needs some attention. The dryer needs to be serviced or replaced. The shower, inside and outside, has a lot of dark mould which was not pleasant. Every morning when we got up there were small cockroaches on the walls and bench of the kitchen. We had to ask for more towels (only 1 small and thin towel each supplied when we checked in). We also had to ask for warmer bedding, only a thin duvet on the bed in July. There are a lot of dirty marks and scuff marks on the walls. If these issues are addressed we would be happy to rebook. They are all fixable. The only thing not fixable is that there's not a lot of sun in this apartment, however as we were out and about during the day, it didn't affect us too much.

The location was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and great to deal with. Having the tram and IGA so close was great. The gym was adequate for a quick walk on the treadmill. We loved having the Victoria Gardens shopping centre so close (Ikea!) and the beautiful Yarra river walk just nearby.

The stay was pleasant and location very central to Melbourne. Great location with walking around the Yarra with a coffee a bonus. Close to supermarket and shopping

Only thing that wasn't obvious from the photos was that there was only a divider between bedroom and living area and in the photos it looked like a seperate closed off room. Another hand wash soap in the bathroom would be nice too.

All the facilities where up to standard, Bathroom was clean too. Check in and check out procedures were great.

Not much - just a note that some little areas of wear and tear show which can be expected, and the TV remote can be a battle. Would like parking ti be a bit cheaper given cost of room, but at least it is secure.

Good location for this visit which is close to transport and dining facilities. Room was easily accessible, clean and everything seemed to function. Overall quiet, & comfortable bed Check-in process easy.

The room, hotel and location, were good. The place was new and clean Check in was easy and the staff were excellent. The downside was I couldn't get the TV to work. Maybe that's a good thing? Also the little fridge leaked. Overall it was good.
