Nothing was comfortable within the rooms. Beds were horrible, couches weren't very comfortable either to sit on. Unclean in places. Rubbish and dirt not cleaned up around the washing machine. Clothing items found under bed from prior people (went in the bin)

The large wet patch on the carpet and obvious water damage on the wall of the room. The building clearly has water ingress and appears to not be tended to. The washing machine in the room has a sign stating only low water level use due to causing flooding in the main office below. With a family of 5 staying, this is almost impossible

Really needs a good clean. The curtains were stained, the bathroom was grotty. Very disappointing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The car parking facilities are so small, some parks we couldn’t even get into because the area is so small, they get full so quickly each evening most times we’d have to park the road. We paid for an Apartment and I think they need to allocate the car parking

Nice sized rooms, Manager was very helpful. We requested to change rooms as our first room was dirty, no smart tv and had a musky smell to it. Manager was very helpful and found us another room straight away. Curtains in some rooms need replacing

The previous occupant had obviously done a big cook up and the whole apartment smelt really disgusting. We tried airing the room and spraying deodorant but the smell continued for our stay and was very offensive. One of the lights in the bathroom was out so forget trying to put make-up on, and the TV had no reception.

Oven hadn’t been cleaned properly.

We were up for hockey and loved how close to the Gladstone hockey grounds. We could walk. The room was lovely. We were actually upgraded due to an error in our booking.

There is no lift or elevator. Having to go up and down on the 3rd floor carrying our luggage was quite tiring after a long drive. The hotel is outdated but comfortable and well equipped with necessities to meet our needs as travelers.

Having two rooms with connecting doors is surprisingly more pleasant than just having a family room. It provided us with more privacy, yet we still felt secure being able to check in on our children next door. The complimentary wine is a nice bonus, considering the hotel rate is reasonably priced. The location is conveniently located close to amenities.

Beds were quite uncomfortable and couches were outdated and uncomfortable as well.

Room was a good size and perfect for 5 guests. Location was convenient and central. Staff were lovely, polite and quite helpful.

Cleaning needs to be improved. The main areas were clean, but brown scum in the bath, previous guests socks beside the washing machine and filthy kitchenware and under the couch had clearly been missed for a while.

The couch were a but outdated, very springy. There was patches of paint chipped away on the wall and the carpets were fairly stained. The rooms seemed very tidy just some room care is needed.

The location was great, the late check-in was very appreciated. The things supplied were very helpful.
