a lot of noise from restaurant staff and guests when leaving and cleaning at the end of the night, room was very dated and worn - broken seals in bathroom, missing toilet door, kitchen stove top and benches caked on dirt and grime, walls and doors previously damaged had poor repair jobs left unfinished, a lot of dints and chips doors, bedroom cupboard sliding doors stuck etc.

Bathroom needs renovation mould and broken equipment towel rail was broken Seems they are renovating it We couldn’t find it!! At 9 pm Sign not illuminated (spotted it in the morning) and entry sign mentioned a restaurant not the motel

Door to room was difficult to open, poor maintenance throughout room, button for spa wasn’t labelled - took me a while to find it. Thought that it would be good to have a handle mounted on the wall to help with getting out of the spa.

Quiet, excellent location (to Knox SC particularly), private, thought that having the washer and dryer in the room and the kitchen were bonuses even though I didn’t use them.

The condition of the rooms are a little tired but still comfortable.

The apartments are in a great location. The apartment has everything we needed for a short term stay. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were great.

Bed was comfortable enough, but the pillow selection wasn't great (all high profile and dense). The room really wasn't as stated, noted 1 BR apartment in the photos it was seperated, however the reality was it was all in one room. Kitchen only had 1 fork and 1 plate and 2 of everything else. The water temperature for hot was BOILING! The pressure was that good that when you turned the shower on it sprayed all the way to the other side and wet everything in the bathroom. The door was really hard to open to get in (looks like someone has kicked the door in and replaced the whole locking mechanism and hasn't shaved off enough of the frame. We covered the couch in a blanket - THERE WERE A LOT OF STAINS..... It could use a dry clean.

Bathroom was huge & as noted in the description included a washing machine & dryer. No complaints on the water pressure, there was a lot of it. Bed comfortable & kitchen was fully operational. Apartment was at the back of the property, no noise at all could be heard from the outside which made for a comfortable sleep.

Location is great if you have a vehicle. The bus stop across the road is only a set down for Primary School during school hours.The walk to Burwood Highway for the bus to Knox City or Vermont South is around 15minutes, & not ideal on a wet, windy day.

Noise from the restaurant next door very loud talking, one night it went beyond midnight. We were in room 11 right next to the restaurant.

The room was a little dated. The lighting was really bad and very dim - I’d suggest replacing the light bulbs with energy efficient lighting which would be a bit brighter. Also would have liked to have had more milk supplied. It gets a bit noisy in the car park with the restaurant open on the premises.

The whole place needs an upgrade and a good clean. There were ants walking all over the bathroom, carpets and walls dirty and stained. Bed broken and mattress sinks in the middle and the furniture is old and stained. The glass door had cracked glass with sticky tape. The rooms look nothing like the pictures online.

Close to the shopping centre. It's OK for the price but not great. Free parking. Staff were nice.

The room was ran down , the walls were paper thin where I could get to sleep as all I could hear was people in the next room early hours of the morning . I stayed here about 6 years ago in a single room and was very happy but definitely not happy this time .

The apartment was very outdated and could do with a refurbishment - fully. It looked nothing like the pictures. The tv only had free to air tv and even that was hit and miss depending on stations you tried to watch. Master bedroom had no windows, so there was no natural light and we had no sense of time in the morning - this may suit some though.

Check in was easy, location is pretty and easily accessible off of the highway. The unit itself was well equip with large fridge, kitchen items, washer and dryer, large dinning table and lounge area. Great for a quick overnight family stay. Beds were comfortable and heating unit was great. Car parking was at the front door to the unit - very handy.
