The after hours access was tricky.

Location was convenient Roon was comfortable. Bathroom was clean Kitchenette was adequate The bed was comfortable. You could receive food delivery. Close to shopping and cafes Walkimb distance to King George Hotel

TV was basic, would be better if there is netflix or youtube options. The stairs leading to the bed makes "retrieving things from the luggage difficult". Either you carry the heavy luggage down the stairs and up when you check out, or make multiple trips up and down to take your stuff (unless you can remember ALL the items to take at one go). carpark is a good and bad (good being just opposite the hotel), (bad being we have to pay for the overnight carpark). No breakfast option too, which can be solved by visiting the cafe next door or cooking your own.

Location was good, convenient, walking distance to many options, dining, some shopping, pharmacy etc. Room was spacious enough for family of 4. The washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave are all very useful appliances.

There wasn't a lot of bench space for cooking in the kitchenette. There is parking across the road in the multi story car park for a fee but you can park on the street for free after 5.30pm and before 9am the next day. .

Great location, close to the city centre. Studio apartment was quite large, cooking facilities were good. Bed was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was large. Bonus was the free access to Foxtel.

There are no luggage trolleys available. I walk with a walking stick, and can only manage one bag at a time. I had 2 bags.A trolley would have been convenient. There are no seats in the foyer, only in the reception office. This is an oversight. There should also be a drinks and snacks dispenser machine, for after-hours purchases,

My studio 1-bedroom had a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing me to make breakfast and coffee before going out for the day. A convenient location, with inside coffee shop next door. Just a 300-metre walk to Myers, Bathurst Street Mall, Cinemas, restaurants, shopping, cosy pubs, and Launceston Metro free bus stops.

TV and the parking were confusing.

Location was central to what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful. It was very clean and spacious. Can't wait to stay there again. Would, and have recommended it. It was also warm! Loved it.

The check in process was smooth, the room had everything you needed and more. A well equipped kitchen! Comfy beds and a nice shower with a washing machine & dryer.

Pillows were very ordinary, no fresh air in the bedroom as the windows could not be open, hoons driving around all hours of the night on the Friday and Saturday night, could clearly hear the people in the room next door to me talking and laughing as well as the people walking around above me.

Great central location within walking distance of the main attractions in Launceston. Spacious one bedroom apartment.

It is out of the hotel's control but we did find the ringing of the local church bell a bit disturbing.

Unfortunately the traffic noise was unsettling but we attributed that in part to the supercar event at Simmons Plains swelling the city with car enthusiasts. The plumbing is rather dated and would benefit from an update but otherwise the apartment was very acceptable and good value for money. We would certainly consider staying again.

The location suited us as it is near parking, shops and cafes and restaurants. No need to use the car at all other than for any travel outside of the city area. The room was comfortable and warm and the king size bed a pleasant surprise in a studio apartment.

Amazing location. So many cafes & bakeries a walk away. Parking fantastic. Huge apartment. Very happy. Bed not comfortable. Partner disruption. Noisy from 4am - internal lift noise - ear plugs recommended. Lots of long black hair in bathroom on arrival- but we were happy. Didn’t matter

Aircon unit didn't work but these things happen, I'll let them know, forgot to mention it on checkout as it really didn't bother me much, I just put a jacket on.

The cost for parking is quite high for a place in the multi-storey car park across the road.

Interesting historic building. The apartment was clean and spacious. Handy that there was a washing machine in the apartment and soap provided. It was nicely furnished, although the couch and carpet in our apartment are looking a bit tired.

No rail for hand towel in bathroom, no shelf to put toiletries bag (had to put it on the floor!), no hand rail in shower. Little things but would make a big difference to comfort.

The carpet needs a clean, though I'm sure it is done in quieter times. The lounge has a slight dip in the middle.

Lovely nostalgic apartments, within close proximity to everything. The whole apartment is huge, like the old school buildings such as this. Bed is very comfortable.

Housekeeping seemed to be haphazard. Supposed to change towels & empty bins regularly. But that often didn’t happen. Had to contact reception to get it done (it should have happened automatically)

Generous sized one bedroom apartment. Lots of facilities. Made both going out & staying in very easy.
