The unloading bay for check in. It was tricky to navigate with other vehicles parked there and pokey.

Great unit in an awesome location amazing spa comfortable bed and made to feel welcome Tram and buses outside your door A short walk to railway station, eateries, Coles, shops. If you need pool gym etc. this hotel isn't for you, but I highly recommend Quality apartments in Adelade for accommodation

The only thing was that I wasn't aware about having no parking available at the place. I was disappointed that I had to pay and park a block away. But otherwise it was great.

The construction of a building across the street woke us up in early hours of morning. The manager explained that the council has tried to stop that, but hasn't been successful.

I Liked the size of the room and bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well fitted out and convenient.

There is no parking on site. They do have an agreement with a parking station a few small blocks away so it is a little cheaper however it is quite far to walk with heavy bags. It is a heritage listed building so unfortunately not something that can change.

The rooms were exceptional at such a great price. The beds were huge and comfortable. All staff that we interacted with you lovely.

The bi-fold door to the bedroom should fold the other way to the blank spot in the lounge. It is so close to the bed I hit my knee going to the bathroom in the dim light. Also there is no manual/note on the QR code on how to work the stove so I had to go to reception to ask as I don’t have a cook top like this.

Location, clean and helpful staff. Offered to split the beds for my sisters few nights stay with me. Even though the repairs/upgrades were being done I didn’t hear anything till a reasonable hour.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great value. Excellent location for us, walking distance to restaurants & shops. Staff were great even though they are renovating. Discounted car parking a big bonus.

The lounge was not particularly comfortable but was fine with a pillow behind your back. Parking was a 5 minute walk away and cost around $30, and we had to carry bags that distance. They were renovating the first floor reception but they had reception on level two and ad working lifts

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Good supplies. Complimentary snack box was a nice surprise. Close to food and entertainment and major shopping precinct Rundle Mall. Large fridge and coffee making facilities. Close to public transport. Higher level room was nice and quiet. Huge spa bath was a nice treat.

The lifts were being refurbished, which did not affect us moving around the hotel, although the reception has been relocated to the first floor. We also had feint but discernable drilling sounds from the building next door on the Sunday evening and at 1am on the Monday. The hotel is aware and is working with the Council to minimise this disturbance. Other than that, we loved it.

Centrally located in the CBD, it was ideally located to explore the beautiful city of Adelaide. The room was comfortable, and there was a welcome pack of tea, coffee & milk supplied, despite what we were told by the staff on arrival. Several supermarkets, shops, and facilities are all close at hand.

Unfortunately the bed was quiet hard and the sheets felt cheep and thin me and my partner where quiet cold

We loved how spacious the room was and for the price we paid, the spa bath was so clean and relaxing! appreciated the complimentary snacks from the hotel in our room upon arrival. Was great to be able to use the kitchen appliances also. So close to everything! And Considering it was in the centre of the city we didnt hear any noise considering it was a Saturday night, me and my partner will definitely be coming back for a weekend in the city again!
