You can hear every noise made in adjacent rooms, the bed was a little on the soft/saggy side and there is no parking.

Excellent value in a great location close to everything. Easy check in and security deposit was released back very quickly.

The room was a bit dated and worn. Kitchen cupboards laminate was coming off, bathroom not overly clean around the bath. Shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere.

The apartments were perfectly situated for my stay. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly.

Queen bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable seam down the middle so I could only sleep on a single bed. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Poor sound insulation and room faced Lonsdale St - very loud traffic noise.

Reverse cycle air conditioner was in the bedroom which tended to make the bedroom too hot and the living space not warm enough.

Room was spacious with a separate area for bedroom. Good kitchenette. Good location within walking distance of anywhere in the CBD.

Only stayed a night but it was good value and did the job what I only thing was the 200 deposit and got to wait up to 5-10 day return in this stone age were transfer pretty instead it does buffle me why it takes so long to come back but we're told before hand so probably only compliant

That when you walked down the hall to get to the room there was a very pungent smell (of the happy leaf) it was rather unpleasant

1.Significant water damage above shower. It rained from time to time! Couldn't close bathroom door or wardrobe door due to water damage. 2. I was bitten a few times by some weird insect and still have scar 5 days later

Light in the room is a bit dark to my liking.

The apartment is centrally located on Lonsdale street, near Parliament station, very convenient to get around. Staff are friendly and answer all my questions. Bed is comfy. The kitchen is small but has all you need for 2 travellers. IGA is just next door, so it is very convenient for any groceries shopping you need.

Could have been a little cleaner (eg under couch cushions, curtains were marked and windows grubby) Couch was very small. Maybe a booklet with a bit more information about how things in the apartment work and surrounding eateries cafes etc.

The toiletries they supplied were half empty 1 roll toilet paper. Didn’t have room cleaned during visit couldn’t accommodate dietary needs staff didn’t seem to want engage in conversation

Someone’s dirty towel still wet on the back of the door, and their dirty soap and shampoo bottle on top of the shower head. Bed wasn’t the most comfort but was in a nice quiet place!

Location was great for what we needed! Minimal noise in the room!
