We are glad that you find our location is suitable to your need. Located within CBD, Quest on Rheola situated in a close proximity to various venues such as, HBF stadium, the CBD, the University of Western Australia, and major hospitals such as, Perth Children’s Hospital and more We recently fully upgrade our furniture in all apartments. While doing so, we are trying to meet our guest feedback which mostly commented for extra space. Together with our designer, we came out with a concept that will provide space yet comfy for all. Thus we choose casual bench like seating for dining and 3 extra chairs that can be move around. Please know that each feedback is valuable and every suggestion is welcome in helping us deliver excellence and achieve our vision in making our guest stay effortless. Therefore we recently come up with 'Sleep Care Pack', consist of ear plug, sleep mask and calming tea to help our guest have better sleep while staying with us. Our team strives every day to deliver above and beyond when it comes to our service at Quest on Rheola, however as we did not meet your expectations, we are sincerely sorry. Our apartments are cleaned daily excluding Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s however guests are welcome to contact reception if they require any additional amenities such as fresh towels or any other guest amenities. We provide this information on third party websites and also ensure that we place a letter in all apartments making guests aware of this during their stay. We also take pride in the various amenities that we offer at the property and in the apartments. From premium bathroom and kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, our complimentary YARU water on arrival and FOXTEL Business iQ where guest have access to free live sport, drama and a movie vault. As a courtesy we noticed on your departure that our furniture in the apartment had been moved around and for the safety of our guests and staff and to avoid damage to the apartment and furniture we request that furniture is not moved in our apartments at any time.
