Beautiful property, friendly and caring staff team members. Very nice, spacious and clean room. The Kangaroo Trail was a lovely thing to do in the morning, appreciating the local flora and fauna.

Car Park was outside , would be fantastic if guests were able to park under cover to unpack rather than having to wait for undercover availability to unload the car at the main entrance.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and regular top ups but given it is self-serve from bain-maries I thought it was a bit pricey given the queues and the inevitable rubberieness of the bacon. I eat a hearty breakfast but the other 2 adults I was travelling with are nibblers that early in the morning - and there was no choice to select a continental option for a price reflecting their morning appetite. Also, guests should be issued with those rubberised socks for use in the showers - they are incredibly slippery!

The Fairway Suite room was spacious, well laid out and had a view I was not expecting in that part of the world - endless forest stretching out to distant mountains. It was superb. The birdlife was spectacular. The snack bar served fresh, hot, delicious meals and the staff were friendly and overall gave the message that "nothing was too much trouble". There were plenty of people with families and atmosphere generated by clientele was lovely too. Our 4 year old grandson andored both inner and outer playgrounds.

I wish the room doors have a safety lock/ safety lever feature inside. If a guest opens up their door to a person who is intending to push themselves in, they would be able to. And more importantly, for families, little ones are able to open the doors to leave on their own.

The hotel had the amenities that families need to enjoy a nice littlw holiday—comfortable bedrooms, pool, gaming room, play area, restaurants, to name a few.

No room service is a big let down. If you’re staying in a nice and fairly expensive hotel you don’t expect to have to go and pick up the so called room service yourself. Big, big let down. Cleaning staff could be a bit friendlier.

The location is good as it’s close to my family and has decent facilities for my grandchildren to entertain them when they visit. The two restaurants and several bars are very good as there’s not much in town.

There were no plates, bowls, forks or knives in the kitchenette. A mini fridge, sink, kettle, coffee machine, cups and two small spoons were all the inclusions here. Unfortunately this was a bit challenging with children and their snacks. At our time of stay there was also no in room dining.

The resort has so many wonderful inclusions for kids including a pool, play room, outdoor playground and even wildlife such as kangaroos and rabbits that you can see walk right past you!
