Looks like every men and his dog can acces 22 floors without security cards in the elevators? . Furniture and the whole complex is a bit outdated. Shaking windows.pool half under construction. Pool restaurant prices are unjustified. It's not in walking distance to the beach

Fair price and Its a huge resort ! Welcome drink ,finally super clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, quiet aircon, breakfast is way better than pork only Hilton. Parking, staff is educated in behaviour and all super friendly. Would be happy with returns ☺️

Wanted to charge my $60 per hour for late check out after 10am. Would be great if there was a coffee machine as we had to be up and checked out before the coffee shop opened downstairs

This venue was close to everywhere we went. I expected for the price a resort that would be outdated and run down, instead I felt that value for money was impeccable! Even with kids, there was so much room for all of us in one room

The lady at check in for the buffet breakfast was quite rude, she asked for our kids ages (15 and 17) and when she said we should have been paying adult prices for them, when we explained it was included in our booking she was quite rude to us and made my children feel uncomfortable.

It was close to the venue were our sons were playing which was helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good for the kids

The hotel was tranquil, and the facilities, including the pool, children's playground, and restaurants, were top-notch. There were so many birds and great views. Parking was easy and free also.

The buffet breakfast was a little sad. We got there really early thinking everything would be fresh but the eggs etc were cold, and there wasn't much options compared to other ones we've had at other places.

On arrival we were given a complimentary glass of wine making us instantly feel on holiday, the room was amazing. Golf course was great fun, the restaurant for dinner was delicious.

Couldn’t fault it

I was travelling for my husband’s surgery on the GC. I dropped him off at 7am to Pindara private hospital and headed straight for Royal Pines. I let the staff know I was super early and didn’t expect they could have a room ready, but as soon as they did, could they consider me for an early checkin. They were very gracious and took my luggage for safe keeping while I went down to have some breakfast. I had only just finished eating at 8am and they texted me to let me know my room was ready. I was so thankful in the situation as I was worried about my husband and needed a private place to sit quietly. Thank you for being so accommodating. The room was absolutely gorgeous, renovated recently and had a full city view. Clean, nice hand soap and the little balcony was lovely to stand outside for fresh air. I had a pizza and salad for room service dinner and it was so delicious. The person who brought it to my room was very efficient and polite. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
