Everything! This whole house was amazing! Such a shame we only booked for one night. The bathroom floor was heated, the tub was huge, and the house retained its heat so well with the fireplaces and heaters throughout

Just suggesting the bedroom to the right as you enter the front door maybe the bed needs replacing as yes it’s soft but bouncy if that makes sense? It’s a hard one as some people might like it but we couldn’t move without waking up the person next to you. Sort of like a water bed.

We loved everything but there was one minor thing you might want to update. The in-house advice booklet directs guests to The Kentish for breakfast (we had a fabulous dinner there the night before) but they only serve coffee, pre-made cakes and pies from 8:30am, their cook doesn’t start work until noon each day. They were kind enough to direct us to The Bunch where we had a very nice breakfast.

Everything! Each and every room of this magnificent home was stunningly presented and guests’ needs catered for superbly. The added extras were delightful - easter buns, easter eggs and real eggs - so thoughtful and much appreciated.

Sophie and Nick thank you so much for our stay. Your house is beyond beautiful. I’ve never felt so at home and relaxed staying in accommodation anywhere! We loved having a gin with herbs from the garden, strolling up the main street and exploring Oatlands.

WOW! Raffah House was the final stop on our Tassie trip, and what a beautiful place to make lasting memories! The house itself is lovely, the fit out is exceptional and there are so many wonderful touches. From the free gin and tonic, to the wines available for purchase, beautiful artwork and a deep, welcoming bath in a gorgeous bathroom. Everything looked better than in the photos, with the fading late winter light. The fireplaces and heating were perfect to keep us cosy.

Raffah House is a beautiful luxury heritage accommodation, set in the Main Street of Oatlands. Sophie has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with lot's of beautiful touches throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linen was to die for. Highly recommend, next time we will definitely be staying longer..

Fabulous accommodation! The property has been brilliantly renovated and beautifully decorated. Warm, cosy, lots of terrific books to flick through while relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the fire. I would love to stay again at "Raffah House". Wonderful!
