Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The unit was large and spacious. It was furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture. Wonderful facilities and very easy check in and check out procedure. 1 block from Rainbow Bay, close to shops and restaurants. Underground car parking. The large pool and spa area was a particular favourite of my children. Very secure and safe. Everyone we encountered in the building were extremely friendly. Very clear communication from the managers. We were sad to leave!

AustraliaIt was difficult to make contact with reception as it was not open often & response to booking.com messages was a little slow, but they were helpful. Some of the fixtures in apartment we old ie; power point hanging out, fans looked like they would fall off, carpet a bit manky. There was no air con, which l obviously didn't read correctly. It was mostly fine with the sea breeze however at night it was really warm. It was super noisey as we had to leave doors open to get breeze through and there was a fair amount of traffic. Overall we liked staying there, but the addition of air conditioning would be great and just fixing up small things.
Great location to Snapper Rocks. Great view of ocean. Short walk into Coolangatta, however being so close to it could not get an Uber when it was pouring rain & waited 45 minutes to get a cab/Uber to the airport on the date of departure. We finally got one with 13Cabs and would suggest using them. Uber came and left as he said he couldn't fit our bags in.

Australialocation was fantastic with ocean views. Everything in the accomodation, surrounding gardens and amenities was well looked after. The managers were great-friendly and helpful. On the last day our taxi to the airport didnt show up so the manager took us in his car. We appreciated this generous act and would highly recommend staying here.

AustraliaThe cleaning of the apartment could have been a little better, there was hair in the shower drain and also the water in the hand basin was slow to drain. On inspection I found the drain plug blocking the water from escaping was congealed with matted hair and "gunk" in the drain hole.
The apartment layout was good as was the location to the local area. The kitchen was functional, and the appliances were appropriate for us. The shower had good water flow and was a good size. The entire apartment was very comfortable.

It was a good value for the money, but the toilet and bathroom need a good reno. The apartment was clean. The location is good. 10 min walk from Aldi, Coles, restaurants, pharmacy... The Rainbow Bay is very close, 5 min walk, good for kids' boogie boarding...surfing and you can even swim when little pools are formed. Coolangatta is adorable.
