Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our unit was a bit tired but it was very spacious and had everything we needed
Location was incredibly close to the beach & could walk to cafes. Also bedding configuration worked well having 2 adult children come with us.

The cleanliness of the unit and upkeep was poor, the rooms were not dusted, had to clean shelves before unpacking, the front of the door of the master suite had the front peeling off so couldn't shut the door, there were cracked plates and cracked glasses in the kitchen cupboard. The veranda was dirty and the lights didn't work in one of the bedrooms.
The pool and slide were awesome, as was the close proximity to the beach.

The location, right on the beach, very tropical,near cafe's. Central to everything on the Sunshine Coast. Great base. Will always be my first choice of accomadation on the Sunny Coast.

A few odd things missing (eg vegetable peeler) or a bit shabby (couch in living room).
Great location, well-equipped. Liked having a carport at the front of the property and not having to park underground (unit 1). Very helpful manager and staff, quick to respond.

We are return visitors to this property, it met our needs and expectations. We had a 3 bedroom unit that was like a single storey house. The pool was at the front door and the beach at the back door.

The unit was very nice, beds were comfortable, but it would be nice to have pool/beach towels, soaps and shampoo, more than 1 tea towel in the kitchen, pot holders a must, and silicone spatula and serving spoons, the black ones are very carsinagenic. We are staying in Cairns and the unit has tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil, full complimentary of soaps and body wash and swimming towels Charge and extra few $$$.if needed. An information booklet about the unit and the area would be nice and the use of beach items. We traveled from Canada and you can't bring everything.

The bed might as well have been on the floor. It could have done with a good deep clean. There wasn't anything left in the kitchen, coming from nz we had to buy everything from salt to dish liquid to dish tablets and dish brush etc. But could not beat the absolutely fantastic beach location and we had the bottom floor, great for the kids. These were just minor compared to our wonderful experience there.
Excellent place for families! We were just meters from the beach. Pool was wonderful. The manager was excellent, fantastic service!!

Teething issues with the tv and getting used to it.
Close to beach n cafes. Great parking. Two bedrooms two bathrooms a big plus. Very Handy to convenience stores.
