Please be aware that the double doors out to the balcony are permanently sealed shut and not able to be opened. In the photo on the listing, they are wide open - so I was a little disappointed.

This place is fabulous - from the luxury bedding to the ocean views, to the kitchen with all the quality glasses and dinnerware, comfortable couch and apps on the TV - very easy to stay here. Location perfect for beach walks, and CIBO espresso just a few doors down is great. Generous amount of coffee pods, plenty of towels - they have thought of everything - there is nothing you could need to ask for! Real holiday vibe.

Nothing, everything was easy.

Clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Great deck for sitting and watching the sunset. So close to great cafes and restaurants. Bed was huge and comfortable. Huge TV for netflix. Plenty of treats left by our hosts and milk for tea and coffee. Thank you.

The exhaust fan with sensor fan going for ages while you’re on the toilet, it’s very loud.

Everything was supplied, the owner has thought of nearly every possible detail.

Right on Henley Beach and yet quiet. The cottage was very well appointed with everything you could want or need. Very close to restaurants and bars, and some lovely walks.

If I could give Silvana an 11/10, I would!! Every single detail was thought of, to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful, clean and well maintained house, with everything you need in it. Every morning we woke up to the view of the sea too! We’ll be back, for sure! It was the perfect little bolt hole, so peaceful yet within easy walking distance from Henley Square and the most beautiful beach. I loved its sense of history, the high ceilings, the tasteful decor, and all the little touches that made it such a relaxing holiday. Great communication from the hosts too.

An outstanding stay, full of warmth, charm, and comfort. Spacious and well suited to a couple. A comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen facilities, and a brilliant beach view from either the living space, or balcony. Secure off street parking with easy access to the unit via a short walkway. The location is just a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, shops, and a well stocked supermarket. It is also a 10 minute stroll from the Henley Hotel. Public transport is also close, so those without a car can still get around easily. The hosts went over, and above to make our stay enjoyable.

Cosy little house in the ideal location. Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout the property. Hosts were so easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
