Excellent facilities so clean … location magnificent

Beds were a little uncomfortable particularly on the bunks

I liked the location except for the 2 campervans blocking my view. The Villa itself was well appointed and presented as clean and tastefully furnished. It was warm and inviting inside the villa, when Iarrived. The young lady at Reception was lovely and helpful when I checked out.

I liked the Villa, it was pouring rain when I arrived. The car park was at the back of the villa, which was not practical to unload from as I would have ended up being soaking wet. I paid a expensive premium for the cabin and for the view and had minimal view due to to 2 x campervans were parked there. In the morning, when I went to cook breakfast, there were no frypans, only 2 saucepans. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. Also, for the price.per night, I would have expected Pay TV to be provided as complimentary, as this was not the case. I've paid less at high end hotels across Australia and the rest of the world where pay tv has been provided at no extra charge along with sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival and with a breakfast hamper, being my Birthday on the Monday. That was the reason for my trip. I was not made to feel welcomed or my day memorable by any Reflections staff.

This park is extremely quiet. Close drive/walk to main shopping/restaraunts

Some cabins have very soft beds, and I did feel a little closed in, as the view is of your neighbours

We had some housekeeping issues but the staff handled them.

We stayed in one of the tiny houses, very cosy, tidy and comfortable for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen, good shower, spacious varanda for a nice barbecue, bird watching or just loafing. The location is very good, in walking distance for everything we needed. 1.5k from the lighthouse, easy walk with that view. We would stay there again, next time in one of the cabins that have a sea view.

The bed was okay, but it could be bigger and firmer for me, but that is my particular option.

Lovely location.

Location is perfect for Byron - right on the stunning beach, close enough to town to get to but far enough away to escape! Grounds very well maintained and the family cabin was very spacious.

So beautiful and snug I got the real Byron Bay feeling in a camper by the beach. I could lay in bed and listen to the waves perfect.

The only very minor problem was it was hard to get in and out of the van unlocking and locking with the key

This property is so poorly managed. My friend and I stayed here and the room was disgusting, so filthy and even when told by the front staff (who were absolutely lovely) to contact management they never replied! I left an email with pictures and even messaged them on this app yet nothing. Don’t waste your money here.

We had a toe nail clipping in our pillow, sand under the already made bed and a blood stain on our pillow.

Property was very well looked after.
