On arrival was told that the room that I booked did not have a bath - part of the reason that I booked at this particular hotel was that the room had a bath that overlooked the rest of the room. The room itself was also quite dated and struggled with getting the TV to work. The shower also had a shower curtain - this dates it quite a bit. The lifts are also quite loud I could easily hear people in the rooms next door and people coming and going throughout the night. The facilities on level one are good, but also a tad dated - the gym is quite small. Overall the hotel is good to stay and staff are great and responsive, but feels a bit old/tired. For this price point I would have expected a newer room or updated facilities which could be found at the same/very similar price in the Adelaide CBD.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the beds were very comfy. Staff were also very helpful when I needed to ring and ask about TV in room not working properly. Room was cleaned well. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was a bit chaotic but on Monday, when was less busy was great. Tasty food and friendly staff. Sauna, spa and pool facilities are good but a tad dated. The location of the hotel is great - perfectly inbetween the Central Market/Chinatown and the Riverbank/Leigh Street/Peel Street bars and restaurants and Rundle Mall.

It could have done with a lounge to chill in when the bar was closed.

The restaurant Tutto was excellent and the evening staff very attentive x Very modern rooms.

We were on the third floor near the lifts. We got interrupted by noise from them all night.

Breakfast was not consistent, some days there were pancakes and other items, some days not. If you wanted to get a decent coffee or hot chocolate you had to pay for that separately. At $30 prebooked or $40 on the day this wasn't great value. Would taking the 3 minute walk to the colourful and atmospheric Adelaide Market which had better options.

Was told there would be a $6 fee for a bucket of ice for our room. Went down to reception and picked it up and it cost me nothing to do so.

Loved the pool and spa area. Bed was very comfortable however the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was spacious and clean and had a huge bathroom with a spa bath but as we were only there one night did not get time to use it.

Restaurant had some issues with food service and high cost of buffet breakfast iif not booked ahead.

Great location for the main restaurant areas, very helpful front desk and room staff. Full size pool, a small gym and sauna excellent. Room was very well set up and the bathroom spacious..

My only suggestion is a bigger lamp in the little living area so you don’t have to turn all of the lights on!

This is such a beautiful hotel! Our room was spotless, the bathrooms are gorgeous and the spa was so nice to relax in. The beds are super comfy!

Spare plug sockets - I needed to do some ironing and the room had an iron and ironing board but i had to drag it up near bed as no sockets elsewhere. Also desk area for working at but again no sockets
