Spacious and in a great location

Not enough plug sockets

Location location location! It was also a nice looking property overall. It also contained most kitchen items you would need to cook etc., so a home away from home.

There was a smell of damp that wasn’t nice at all but once I let the property managers know after our stay, they ensured me that they would have it seen to.

Location was great. View was lovely. Lounge and TV were comfortable. Unit is decorated nicely.

Didn’t like the trundle bed for adult children to sleep on. Dislike I had to set it up and put the linen on it. ( we had booked for 4 Adults) Bench top and floor was not clean. Few things were broken in the unit.

Loved the location and general comfortable vibe of the apartment. Kitchen is well stocked with dining and cooking utensils. Unit was generally neat and tidy.

All windows and screens are very, very dirty. The oven is not the best and there were no instructions for the dishwasher. The end of the trip ended up quite stressful because I had to pull everything out of the dishwasher that I had been stacking all weekend and hand wash.

Had a lot of trouble watching the TV had pixels appearing and a lot of times tv switching off

This was a great property very central to our needs

Parking was a bit of a pain so stayed out on the main road - was very hard to find from the back entrance where directed too no signage had to call reception

Great location. Close to the wharf and shops. Staff checking in was fast and they were helpful

Aircon was only in the main room not throughout the whole property

Location was perfect and great view.

Crockery, cutlery etc were dirty and dishwasher didn't clean effectively so we hand washed what we used.

I were happy!

It could be some shampoo and conditioner,and fan in the bathroom

Air-conditioning in the main living area as it would be a bit warm in summer

Location is fantastic but there were council works over the road so super noisy first thing in morning and big screens blocked any view of of the beautiful Wharf precinct and boats. But those works clearly needed to be done.

The door locks were wobbly with holes in flyscreen near them. They were difficult to unlock and lock. Need to be replaced. The main bed was super hard and very uncomfortable with flat thin pillows. For that reason only we would not stay again.

we loved the location of the apartments it was close to everything. Short walking distance to so many things and a short drive to others.

The mattresses on the beds were worn and a bit uncomfortable. Our Kettle was infested with ants and when we washed them out it just seemed never ending. on our last night as well our sink was covered in ants as well

There were many things that were falling apart within the unit. Draws, handles, fan knobs etc. The place needs a handyman to really give it a once over and fix All the small issues. Also a decent bed in the spare room. The current bed needed to be binned.

Close to everything

Poor property Maintenance, lots of broken things, ceiling fan switches. Place was quite dirty including coffee cups stained, blinds terrible looked poor and very dirty, spiderwebs everywhere, so ceiling fans full of dust and we booked for a family of 2 adults 3 kids, only got bedding and towels for 3 people. Garage full of rubbish.

We could not stay in the apartment, we found accommodation elsewhere. The apartment smelled and and was very dusty. My daughter suffers from asthma and it was just not suitable for her or anyone to stay there.
