This accomodation is an absolute haven! Stylish & comfortable, with lots of Annie’s country touches like fresh breakfast eggs and produce from the garden, a fresh vase of herbs on the window sill and a cosy fire to greet you. A fabulous view through the grape vined outdoor living area to the stunning gardens of voluptuous dahlias! And the exquisite hydrangeas by the window and fabulous reading material.. where do I stop!!

A beautiful stable conversion nestled in a gorgeous garden. The place was well equipped and our hosts were lovely. Short scenic drive into Hobart and great place to stay to access the airport.

This property is extremely comfortable, bright yet cosy. There are great seating areas inside and out with views of the beautiful garden. It has everything you could need and the hosts are lovely - friendly and generous. A real gem.

The property met all our expectations, needs. Just an amazing place to stay, we felt really at home, comfortable and the owners were very just exceptional in wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All the little extras Annie puts into place just makes it more special. I would have loved to stay longer and if we get back this way in the future we will stay again.

Everything! It’s a cute and cosy cottage/stables. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with a full kitchen. The fire place was great on cold nights. Large glass door with views of the asparagus farm. Large covered outdoor area to enjoy the country views with chickens roaming about. Only half hour drive to Hobart and close to Mount Field National Park. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Rosendale stables was adorable!! The view was so pretty. It was all the extra details for me, from the homemade oil, fresh bread & eggs to the cute, warm little fire place. The host was so lovely and had a great story to tell. Wish we had of had more time to stay.

Beautiful renovations with pictures in album to see just how much work has gone into the property over last couple of decades. Kitchen well appointed. We bought supplies in town before booking in. Hosts met us and then we didn’t see them again… the privacy was awesome and appreciated. Just gorgeous gardens, fruit trees and a short stroll to top of hill next the accommodation which provides great view of local area. Being from warmer climate we also appreciated the set fire which we used as we were feeling the cold snap which had come in. Just lovely.

I'm just wondering if the sofa could have a bit more cushioning in it! The seating kind of falls flat when you sit down!

Absolutely gorgeous property and house. Owner was so lovely and provided us with fresh bread, eggs and hand picked asparagus for breakfast. Everything was amazing and we didn’t want to leave. The house itself was incredible
