It was all great.

The location, the ambience, the value for money and the peace and quiet. Unfortunately our arrival and departure times meant we were unable to meet Rod, but he rang to make sure we knew where to find everything and he seemed very friendly and welcoming.

The location is idyllic, the brekky perfect, the house is full of character and Rod the host is friendly with a good eye for detail.

The scenery was magnificent as this place was in a perfect location where you could enjoy the serenity of the area. It was a welcoming environment that was decorated beautifully, possessing a large kitchen to cook breakfast in where there were a good amount of good breakfast options.The host Rod was very welcoming and the house was as cozy as it appears in the listing. Rod was easy to get a hold of for any of the questions that we had. Easy parking available. Bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen came with all the necessities and the best part was the cosy fireplace which Rod maintained for the guests. We will certainly be coming back here in the future.

We had not anticipated that we would be sharing a bathroom with potentially three other couples. The decor was very interesting but the living areas were quite dusty and crowded. The dogs were very noisy and had us awake It was just not what we had expected.

The bedroom was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very close to the wedding we were attending. Parking was easy. Rod was very hospitable

Great little place to crash and attend local events or bushwalks. Bed was comfy and house was well maintained. Was great to be able to make a cuppa.

There was a slight urine smell in the corridor which I feel came from the toilet area. I didn't have the smell in my room which was good. Perhaps it was just the age of the facilities. The facilities were clean from what I could see.

The quietness of the location and the comfiness of the bed. The room was well laid out and plenty of amenities on hand in the room. The communal living and kitchen areas were well stocked.

There is nothing not to like.

Overall, the house and setting were wonderfull The house is new but the decor and presentation give it an old world charm. Our four poster bed was soft and comfortable and added that bit of elegence. Rod our host had provided everything we needed, and we would happily stay there again.

We couldn’t figure out how to sit on the belcony in the morning which would have been lovely, everything else there was nothing fault.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. For the price it was great. Guesthouse is in a beautiful, quiet location and easy to get to. The place was decorated really homely and reminded us of our grandparents home which is always comforting. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after.
