We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

On the first night the reception girl was lovely and informed us on everything. On the 7th September the reception lady was very rude and ignored us bt serving 3 others and let us just stand. Also when we couldn't get TV on she was really rude.

The room was really nice, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t complain at all about the room. Breakfast options were good. Great location. I would definately go back again.

I loved Port Macquarie for a start and the Rydges Hotel was in a great location, easy to park downstairs and had a lovely feel to it. Just what I needed after travelling from Sydney in the rain! The staff were delightful, the room was large and a beautiful modern bathroom. And room service was super delicious.
