We tried to have dinner in the city (without reservation) but it was saturday night so it was super busy that we didn´t manage. Then, we had to try the hotels restaurant. Food was very pricey and not so great, I think they forgot our order and it took a long time to arrive, only arrived when we asked about it. When we tried to pay, our cards (that we have been using the whole trip) didn´t work, so we had to use the cash that we had for other purposes. Breakfast was not included and it was kind of pricey for what they offered in my opinion. Even though room was big and comfortable, it looked quite outdated. The same for whole the hotel. Looks more like a family resort.

It was a very big apartment, quite comfortable. It seems like a good place to stay if you have kids that want to enjoy the huge swimming pool that they have in the middle of the resort (not our case). It was convenient to have a restaurant available and free parking. Good location if you have a car. I booked it last minute, it was one of the better priced options in Port Douglas (which seems to be a very posh area). Had paid breakfast which was good but nothing out of the ordinary.

We didn't have breakfast but had dinner on one night and it was terrible. Pizza was cold and tasteless. Had obviously been frozen. Chicken Parmagiana was over cooked and dry and couldn't have looked less appetising.

Room was abit damp/ musty smelling

Loved location, pool was great little cold not heated but chairs and swim up bar awesome! Loved our buffet breakfast lots great start to the day and reception staff helpful

The wifi didn’t reach our rooms, so we had to buy data - heard from others they had the same issue.

There was no toaster in the kitchenette. Also we didn’t get a bath towel or a hand towel. Apparently the hotel was experiencing a towel shortage. There is no wifi which makes it hard when you are on a work trip.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Staff were friendly. The pool area is well appointed and the pool bar has a good menu of drinks and food.

We stayed in multiple rooms. this trip and found them to be clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the dining room twice and had a nice meal. We enjoyed the pizzas also

The room smelt musty and was much smaller than I expected. House keeping were very slow, not turning up until the afternoons. There was no live music from Friday to Sunday which was disappointing

No phone in the room to call reception. No check in to see if we needed any amenities. Not being able to order room service due to app issues.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and facilities. Very clean and asthletically pleasing to the eye. Decent stay price. Food was fresh and tasty. Swim up bar and comfortable sun loungers. Beautiful tiered pool. Enterering reception was warm and welcoming and beautiful to walk into. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything you need including adventures and activities.
